The person who created the certificate was no longer in the company and there was hardly anybody who had been in the company for that long, so it was just a waiting time bomb we had and only knew about when it happened
I went to a talk by @AaronPhippsGBWR last night. He's a Team GB wheelchair rugby athlete and spoke frankly about how meningitis changed his life, for better and for worse.
I got to hold and see his Paralympics gold medal up close - it's surprisingly heavy!

The repository only has a project name but it doesn't help me...

Hypothesis: the moment a team adds the requirement that each PR/commit should be related to a Jira issue, it will start accumulating even more tech debt than before.
This requirement adds a penalty for making small, unrelated improvements that get the project in a better shape.
I've been to a kids birthday party this afternoon, with a bouncy castle, face painting and a balloon animal artist. I think the experience would have been more enjoyable if I had brought my ear defenders...
