Awful. What’s wrong with the ATP’s leadership?

Is there no stream for Lagutin-Giunta? What is going on? @ATPChallenger

I do think, for guys like Griekspoor/Wu, they probably feel like the gap between them and Zverev is not that big, so it's frustrating to see him with 2 Slams + closing in on World No. 1. If that's the case, then they only have themselves to blame.. Zverev just took the chance.
Wu Yibing about Zverev after today . No mincing words lmao 🤣🤣🤣

Isn't this the guy who is looking to cut out best-of-five in part of the Australian Open, as well? Glad to see he's invested in the sport!

That has to be at least seven or eight unforced errors from Blinkova in the last two games alone...very hard to win that way.

We have had some PHYSICAL matches in Las Vegas this week. Reasco Gonzalez and Pace are currently in a WAR from the baseline, with Reasco Gonzalez winning 7-6(7), *3-5. EVERY point is such a battle!

I just want to say...Francesca Mattioli is INCREDIBLE physically. After an absolute WAR from the baseline last night against Soke in the ITF 35k in Las Vegas where she won after well over four hours...she's back out there now and is up 2-1* in the third after nearly 2.5 hours!

Mattioli's fitness and ability to continue to play with a high level of controlled aggression despite the physical toll of playing such physically-taxing matches is unbelievable. Kudos to Francesca, win or lose today.

INCREDIBLE effort from Mattioli to win that match 6-4 in the third and advance to the quarterfinals of Las Vegas after over three hours. Not sure how the Argentine will be able to overcome all of the court time tomorrow against Mamedova, but what an amazing effort!

That Boscardin Dias-Torres match came down to who could more effectively spread the court and play with controlled aggression from the baseline. And, ultimately, it was the Brazilian who continued his good form from last week and beat an erratic Torres. Often, the Argentine was

ahead in the rallies, but he just struggled to finish points off from advantageous positions in the rallies, showing his lack of recent matches. I did think Torres used his drop shot effectively, but he was struggling to hit winners from the baseline otherwise.

Boscardin Dias has a nice, heavy forehand, and he uses it effectively to spread the court and find open space to hit winners. His BH is a bit of a liability, but he also isn't trying to be as aggressive with it as Torres does, which plays in his favor. Overall, solid performance.

That was a shocking tiebreak from De Minaur from a consistency standpoint. For someone who is normally a wall from the baseline like the Aussie, he was shockingly erratic in that tiebreak. Unforced error after unforced error and he gifts Djokovic the crucial opening set.

This Villanueva-Hardt match is featuring some CRAZY rallies and ball striking. The level on the Challenger Tour is INSANE.

We also saw Atmane in his match against Tomic almost hit a spectator with his racquet earlier today. The tennis court isn't some playground where you get to do whatever you want. Grow up.
Wow. Daniil Medvedev gets DEFAULTED when Novak Djokovic was serving for the match in Beijing at 7-5, 5-3, 15-15. Hit the face of a fan in the first row with a ball.

I don't think we've seen this week's level from Djokovic since Australia. When he's back on his comfort zone, such as on Rod Laver Arena and the Beijing Center Court, it's amazing what he can do. The movement, ball striking, and precision have been absurd from Novak.

Something I noticed yesterday against Zverev and now today against Medvedev is Djokovic's anticipation too. He is INCREDIBLE about reading the patterns of his opponents and knowing where they're planning on hitting their next shot, even when the Serb is well behind in the rally.

I agree with Novak here. First off, the "sign changing" during the point was non-consequential. Also, Zverev lost the point and then got to request a video review? I thought you couldn't try to win a point twice? I don't get it.

And did the umpire say it was a change of rules? Djokovic is right...so you play a thirty-shot rally, then the opponent can be like, "Sorry, on my serve thirty shots ago, I was a little distracted!" That's ridiculous.

Another great win for Martin Manzano, as he beat Donald 6-3, 6-2 to advance to the Bari Challenger final against Pieri. Martin Manzano's point construction, ability to spread the court, and variety are outstanding and he was able to effectively blunt Donald's power today.

I think that Martin Manzano is going to need more power of his own to really make a charge up the rankings, but for now, he's been showcasing excellent progress and is definitely a player to watch in 2027.

Of course, haven't seen a ton of him, but from what I have seen, he's looked good and his results are trending upwards, as well.
