EBONYI STATE: SECURITY, CORRUPTION, NATIONAL UNITY AND THE DIGNITY OF EVERY NIGERIAN My grassroots sensitisation tour brought me to Ebonyi, the Salt State, today, 29th October 2026, following yesterday’s visit to Akwanga, Nasarawa State, as our nationwide Town Hall Series continues. In Ebonyi, I made a stop at Nkalagu and Ezillo to greet and acknowledge our supporters and briefly visited the market in Ezillo, where I interacted with our hardworking women who trade and bring farm produce to market. In Abakaliki, I joined our party supporters on a road walk to the venue of our town hall meeting. At the town hall, participants raised concerns about insecurity, particularly kidnapping and banditry; corruption; government borrowing; and the deteriorating condition of our hospitals, schools, and other essential amenities. The most touching contribution came from a participant representing persons living with disabilities, who spoke about the challenges they face and the apparent lack of adequate support from government and society. I assured the participants that, upon election, our foremost priorities will be to unite the country, decisively tackle insecurity and confront corruption, while pulling our people out of poverty. To our brothers and sisters living with disabilities, I reiterated that the compassion of a nation is measured by how it treats its most vulnerable citizens. We will work with state governments to ensure their inclusion, proper care and dignity. We will also invest massively in education and healthcare, including at least one fully functional primary healthcare centre in every political ward across Nigeria, while working to reduce the cost of living and expand opportunities for all. I sincerely thank the participants, our party members, the organisers and the good people of Ebonyi State for their warm reception, enthusiasm and active participation. A New Nigeria is POssible, and Nigeria will be OK! -PO

We have just secured release of Rilwan Olawale, who has been detained by the SSS October 25, 2026, at the behest of INEC’s Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) in Lagos, Professor Ayobami Salami. #FreeRilwanOlawaleNow

Please, is he in Lagos? I don't mind paying for mine. Business is so slow, i want to push this election with all of me. It's never been this terrible, i don tire!
He is making campaign materials for Peter Obi with his own money. He's not waiting for NDC. Nigerians are finally ready. God bless him.

JUST IN: Lawyer Demands Immediate Release of Rilwan Olawale, Allegedly Arrested and Tortured Over WhatsApp Messages to Lagos INEC REC Nigerian lawyer Festus Ogun has demanded the immediate release of Rilwan Olawale, who he alleges was arrested and tortured by operatives of the State Security Service (SSS), also known as the DSS, following WhatsApp messages sent to Lagos State INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner, Professor Ayobami Salami. Ogun claims Olawale has been detained since October 25, 2026, for allegedly sending critical messages to the electoral official, insisting that demanding free and fair elections is not a crime. He has called for Olawale’s immediate release, an apology and substantial compensation, warning that legal action could follow over the alleged violation of his fundamental rights.

You sound like an id!ot.
This dumbness is beyond measure. I really don’t know whether to laugh or to cry. No wonder his approval ratings have plummeted so badly. Nigeria did not just dodge a bullet; it ducked a massive howitzer!

President Trump looked at the Taliban leader and said this, “If you harm a hair on a single American, I’m going to k!II you.” The translator shrinks, taken aback, and Trump motions “go on, tell him!” Oh, the sweet labor of love ❤️‍🔥 I never want this presidency to end 🌹

Can we make this go viral? Enugu governor @PNMbah has sent military and police to stop Peter Obi from holding a town hall meeting in Enugu. Is this not campaign season? Make this clips viral; let the world see the injustice going on.
