I hate how it always feels like you’re making a statement when you choose to have a POC cast rather than white cast It’s a problem in industry too but they take it and turn it into a political statement where no one would question why you want a mostly white cast.

Genuinely hate how the indie animation community/fandoms makes creating characters that are “Non White” feel like hell. Because it feels like if you don't make them “morally correct” or a 100% culturally accurate, you are dooming you´reself to social suicide. #characterdesing
