Too many animators specially younger ones, need to quit with the mentality of animating to death. This issue is sadly fucking impossible to deal with for the few young prodigies making it in the industry, as they're basically exploited while they're still in their "prime".
This list calls not only not supporting stores MS directly profits from, but also not to support the Windows OS, even if we play directly by the rules of the list, a Windows build means users pay directly or indirectly for a license, which doesn't put pressure MS.

I genuinely wonder what the plan is to gain support from a community that the entire company and specially the CEO has despised, actively looked down upon and demonized for years.

Animators I beg you to play more games or some random shit, you are not obligated to make your entire life about animation, you are not forced to make your goals about work and you don't need everyone you talk to to only talk about work, if you're surviving do something else.
"I do because I like it" No you don't, you're desperately trying to find meaning and reason in work because you got fulfilled by animation before, you made it and the wall of reality set in, now find the spark in consuming like you did before you were able to create.
This OS is fucking embarrassing.
We live at a time where people want to be devoid of meaning, they are unwilling to look at the experiences or messages given if they're not visually appealing. The viewer is unwilling to feel awkward for a second, must always be impressed at first glance without thought.
If you have an animator friend that only has friends that offer industry value to them, they aren't your friend, even less so if they are a one dimensional glaze guy towards anything you do. They will only be your besties as far as they can see recent credits.
I would advice not using AI generated drivers, but seeing as most people are completely ok using an AI generated OS fuck it I guess.
A modder has managed to get Nvidia Pascal GPUs running on 32-bit Windows XP with unofficial drivers.
The modified drivers add support for cards like the GTX 1060, 1070, 1080, 1080 Ti and Titan Xp, while also improving compatibility with modern monitors through better DisplayPort and HDMI support.
Pascal never officially supported Windows XP, so this is entirely a community-made solution aimed mainly at retro PC enthusiasts.

I wonder what's the peoples idea as to why the "best animators" only work on 1 show every 3 years. Everyone loves to talk about the decline in quality but why is every "good" animator not working?
Gullible animators getting happy by loads of niceness, realize they will ghost you the moment there's no gig opportunities in sight or they find the better animator in the gc. Just horrible people faking it to make it, works tho, maybe you should be that person. Networking.
Animators don't know how good they have it by having to interact with as few people as possible for a job. If you work in any western environment, I'm genuinely so sorry you have to put up with the predatory cringe ass fake ass family mentality at your workplace.
