Police are reminding members of the public to be vigilant & turn engines off after a driver was targeted at parcel collection lockers in #Middlesbrough.
A 14 year old boy has been arrested & bailed in connection with the incident.

22-year-old Danny Bailey, from #Hartlepool, is also wanted on prison recall and is known to frequent the Throston and De Bruce areas.
