It's 1:30 am so Im gonna vent, not that anyone will see or care.
Despite having more people working with/for me, I still feel like I'm the single of point of failure of my local scene and still do majority of the work to the point where I just run myself ragged.
It feels like I'm stuck in this perpetual state of nagging people to do things that help make locals an enjoyable experience for everyone.
I'm tired of bearing the majority of the burden and work.
Im tired being in this constant state of working.
