So Lutnick says the Iowa steel mill is a done deal and Trump said construction has already begun. But local reporting tells a different story. No land purchases have been made, no county permit applications have been filed, and no official in Lee County Iowa can even tell you where the plant might be located. It’s total fabricated bullshit!
