Here is a different angle of that last throw. As I was saying earlier, the key was the way I set up to get behind that ball to create more momentum towards my target! We took pregame work very serious and it showed the way we played defense! Great coaches, and great work ethic!!

If you want deep and quality sleep do these 5 things:
1. No caffeine after 12 pm
2. Put away all screens by 7:45 pm
3. Eat your final meal by 6:30-7:00 pm
4. Supplement L-Theanine & magnesium at 8:30 pm
5. Bed by 9 pm.
Do this 3-4x/week and you’ll feel and perform better! Sleep is king and nutrition is queen!
