To take your tech Journey up a notch!⬆️
For people working in tech; coding, typing, and clicking buttons all day, we often neglect one thing: our body.😣
Prolonged sitting and screen posture create muscular imbalances such as tight hip flexors, rounded shoulders, etc.
That’s why stretching in between working sessions is important.👇
Stretching relieves muscle tension, promotes blood circulation, and assists in nervous system recovery. Researchers advise stretching for 2-5 minutes, for every 90 minutes of work.
And that’s our tip of the week! Thank us later!
