Thank you for the reply. Internet access started working again after nearly 14 hours. However, the website still lists the incident as unresolved, which means other affected cities still have no access to the internet.
12 hours since the internet has been down. No status updates on any of the official media channels or the website other than "Expected time to solve: unknown". Just great @DG_Glasfaser @DtGlasfaser #deutscheglasfaser
