R. Dean Taylor - There's a Ghost In My House (1967) Superb!! Written by R. Dean Taylor along with Brian Holland & Lamont Dozier, the song became popular on the UK's Northern Soul circuit like Wigan Casino in the '70s. It was then reissued in the UK in 1974 & hit #3.
