If you are upset by my tweet yesterday that I wear a mask daily in public places, then you’re going to be really upset when you learn that I wear a mask to protect you. 🤯
Ok, #cyclists. What’s the proper etiquette here?
Awesome.

I LOVE the first hot weather run of the year. It feels so great to break out the shorts and tank top and head outside for a good sweat.

If you think I’m judging you for still meeting up for group runs...that’s because I am.
This has been amazing to follow all day. Can’t wait to see what the morning brings and how far this goes!
Got me thinking - can we get a relay version of this, @RagnarRelay style, in the coming weeks/months?

Race update:
We have now completed 12 laps, which is 87.18km, or 54.17km
There are still 315 runners left on Zoom and we have 1077 DNF’s
And sadly, we are saying goodbye to Beverley Anderson-Abbs. Thank you so much for running with us! Cheers to you & your crew!

This is awesome, and great motivation to get out for a run!

Honestly wasn’t feeling much like running today, but as expected, felt great once I got myself out there. 4.5 miles including 3 miles of 400 m intervals at 5k pace. I’m beat!

Strava's just announced the biggest new feature yet this year: An automated routes creation engine. You tell it how far you want to run/ride, surface/elevation, and it spits out options based on 3 billion activities. But is it better than local knowledge? dcra.in/StravaRoutes

Let's clear this up.
Going for a run by yourself outside (or with those you are living with) is perfectly fine. In fact, it is probably beneficial for your physical and mental health right now.
Let's not demonize activities that don't risk the spread of disease.
Excited to watch the Olympic Trials tomorrow!

#MardiGras is serious business around here, and was included as an official exemption to Meagan’s No Added Sugar Challenge.
Hope you all get to enjoy a delicious #paczki today!
And remember, you don’t have to “run it off” or punish yourself for eating it!
Let her run!
Erin Gregoire’s chip time was 2:42:55, but her gun time was 12 minutes slower. trib.al/i9Yj6Hm
