Hi guys! I made a form for people to anonymously enter their pay/salary to increase transparency within esports/gaming/tech (and maybe use my stats degree a little bit 😅)
Would love if everyone could fill this out and share it around: forms.gle/7JnNSzZcpUSBqipr8
RTs appreciated!

If you play ranked with your igl you will understand why stats don’t matter. Igls can shoot but it’s way harder when ur calling and thinking about the other teams tendencies and what not. My boy @ItsMonSiii is the 🐐🐐

Stop what you’re doing and thank your IGL right now. that is the undisputed worst job in gaming
-hours n hours of extra work
-If you win, its a great team effort
-if you lose, igl’s fault (in his mind)
-micro teammates + play at elite level
And so much more. Impossible job 🫣
