I would love to have @Tesla_Optimus working the ranch. So many tasks but one key one is the ability to carry standard 50lb bags of feed. I believe it is currently only advertised for 45. What would it take to make that happen?

I would share that’s between him and God. Study His Word and seek out His guidance (2 Timothy 2:15)

Pass. Just using the first game as a barometer, I think they need more pressure on the quarterback than another CB. Maybe that comes as the season progresses or maybe additional outside help is added.

My wife and I bought a 100 acre ranch NE of College Station for $1M. We are renting the
main house to my daughter and son-in-law and renting the cabin through VRBO. My daughter, who is a veterinarian, oversees a portion of our show cattle operation. Combined with hay production, the property is almost paying for itself. Terafab announced after purchase that they are building 25 miles from the ranch. Not sure if that’s good or bad.

Facing the same dilemma. Our ranch is south of New Braunfels. What was once a rural community has subdivisions going up everywhere. Price per acre has multiplied in just a few years. The financial return is hard to ignore.

You got to be really proud of him, San Antonio is truly blessed.

Maybe there’s a reason they played bad (hint: Spurs D). Of course the Spurs should also have De’Aaron Fox back so maybe the score won’t be so close.
