Honestly… HOW IS THIS REAL?! 😭🔥 JJ is still a series in VERY early development, and somehow we already have STREET ART of our characters in Philly 🤯📍Graffiti Pier Huge love to Alloyius Mcilwaine for believing in JJ, taking the time to create this mural, and putting our world out in the streets before the show even exists. This genuinely blows our mind❤️‍🔥 Thank you for believing in the vision and making JJ a part of the city. This is the kind of support that makes you want to go even harder🫡🔥 #JunichiroJackson #JJ #JJFanArt #StreetArt #Philly

Meet Kappa (age: mind ya bidness) - Certified menace. You’re welcome. 👹 Aight, look. The writers wanted this part to say I’m JJ’s “mischievous, sarcastic, and thoroughly unwanted companion.” UNWANTED?? Son, I am the only reason that man is still breathing. I’m with him day and night. Every stakeout, every car ride, every dark alley. PAUSE. That’s dedication. I provide elite advice (they say “questionable,” I say visionary), first-class pop culture commentary, and unsolicited opinions delivered at the exact moment you need them most. That’s called service. Am I a guardian? Am I a BFF? An instigator? Fosho. Even JJ doesn’t know, and that man sees demons for a living. What I AM is four feet of legendary yōkai excellence in a designer tracksuit, and easily the cutest mofo in this whole page. Scroll down and compare. I’ll wait. MEET VENUS // “FLY TRAP” 🪤 JJ’s ex. Not his girlfriend. Not his love interest. And definitely not here to make his life easier. Fearless, inked up, fiercely independent, and one of the only people who can call JJ out on his BS, Venus built a life without him until JJ’s problems pull her back in and drag her into a much darker path than she ever expected… Directed by @havtza Voiced by @abigailcareyvo Original JJ song by @emiliekanemcerito @taco_mara #junichirojackson #jj #teamtoko #manga #anime

Junichiro Jackson (JJ) - From Storyboard to Final Results 😮‍💨 A team highlight of someone you haven’t met yet 🔥 JJ started coming to life with our insane storyboard artist Quentin Reubrecht 🤩 Olivier Plazas, TeamTO’s Art Director, immediately recommended Quentin for JJ 🔥 Quentin also storyboarded on “Arcane” Season 2, Oscar-nominated “I Lost My Body”, and César-award-winning feature film “The Summit of the Gods.” Quentin’s storyboard animatic laid the foundation for our teaser and made it so much easier for us to capture the energy we aimed for since the beginning 👏 #storyboard #jj #junichirojackson #teamtoko #storyboardartist
