You might be wondering how we grade our social ride speeds? We use a similar system as skiing. Blue 💙 groups try to aim at between 14-16mph average speed, Red ❤️ 16-18mph, and Black 🖤 18mph+. Tending to be quicker in summer and slower in winter. We aim for 40-50 miles per ride.
The weather has definitely turned autumnal 🍂 It had to happen sooner or later! A good ride out to Be Well Barn, enjoying the fresh air and making the most of it. 🚴♂️
