If you've found this early tweet as an #ALC708 student, I am deeply impressed... I am also deeply sorry.

A recap of some key points from today's seminar about gamification... By the way, could you tell I made myself laugh before speaking at the start of this recording? Can you imagine how much my arm hurt by the end of it? How many takes do you think I needed? #ALC708 #LearnByDoing

A student just came across this blog and reminded me about its existence. They 'liked' it, so maybe other current students might find something valuable in it? Lots of inspirational stories in there, and none of them mine... adamgbrown.net/2020/10/11/wh… #ALM101 #ALM201 #ALC708

I talk to students often about the serendipitous moments that occur when getting creative with digital content. Planning is crucial, but sometimes great things come from just doing. So don't wait too long when you're making media! 😊🐶 #ALM101 #ALC708

Gamified Virtual Challenges: story-driven exercise, unlockable content, environmental causes, and The Lord of the Rings! What's not to love?? 🧙‍♂️ If your answer to the above question is 'the movies', you will be unfollowed, blocked, and reported. theconqueror.events/lotr #ALC708

On gamification and learning: a quick video I made many years ago on my phone, where it was more difficult to judge background music volume. So let this be a double lesson to you... 😄 #ALC708

Some media-making advice from my 5 year-old self to all students... If you fall over, get back up. If you stumble, regain your footing. If someone keeps filming, smile for the camera!! #ALM101 #ALM201 #ALC708

A perfect metaphor for online identity-building?? You're never in complete control, but actively putting forward a positive self-presentation will keep the idiots in the background... in the background! 🤪😅 #ALM101 #ALC708

Always nice when an industry professional with amazingly diverse experience says something vaguely familiar to what you tell students all the time... 🤔 #CommCareers2022 #ALM101 #ALM201 #ALC708

Well done on submitting your first assignment! This video was made tonight for students in a unit with a very different task, though contains advice very relevant to #ALC708 as well. And it shows better than anything else the joy that can come from just making something...
