Extremely proud of our frontline @FBIWFO team who worked the pipe bomb case day and night for 9 months led by @FBIDDBongino reexamining everything and connecting the dots.
This is a case that should’ve been solved by the previous administration. 5 years later, justice is finally being delivered.
It still wasn’t easy, details of which we will share more about at the appropriate time. But when you let good cops be cops, this is what happens.

Brian never went to the RNC or the DNC. He came to the Capitol to show his support for those he felt were the target of weaponized media and ignored by our judicial system. Though he moved around the Capitol lawn like an outsider, he was there to show his love and support for them. However, by simply being at the Capitol that day, he became the target of a weaponized media, a weaponized government, and a weaponized DOJ. Except for a miracle, they would have succeeded. It won't end here, and it will surely happen again if we do not reform the DOJ.

Brian Cole Jr Trial: The Defense asks for a bill of particulars.
On the one hand, the prosecution is charging Cole with "the intent to influence the policy and conduct of a unit of government, that is, the United States Congress, by intimidation and coercion." - "United States Congress" was added via the new indictment.
On the other hand, the prosecution has previously disavowed any connection between Cole’s actions and the events of January 6—describing the timing of the placement as “only happenstance” and emphasizing that Cole’s focus was on the parties, not Congress.
In other words, the prosecution's grasp exceeds their reach, and worse, they are now contradicting themselves.

Kathy Hochul thinks New Yorkers are idiots.
In the debate she straight-up lied and said local law enforcement will work with ICE to remove foreign criminals. Not long ago she was on camera bragging about the law she signed that BANS local cops from cooperating with ICE.
One version depending on who the viewers are, and another reflecting her actual record. She expects you to be too stupid to notice the difference.

Yeah, he doesn't actually say it. All his thoughts are on the people and what was being done to them rather than his own actual thoughts about the results.
Someone who planted these devices because of the election results would make their reasons for protesting personal. They would be saying "I" not "They". He sees himself, and the reasons for being there as different from those who are there.

Woah.
Has FBI ever done an investigation where they weren’t grossly incompetent—the investigation into Benghazi was an utter shitshow. They covered up the fact that the Vegas shooter had joined ISIS. They have still not detained even one terrorist member of Shamsuddin Jabbar’s cell when they are literally just hanging out in Louisiana. When you keep allowing them to fail this is what you get in the end!

The tanker everyone believes is shipping diesel from Russia to US, is in fact shipping urea.
An earlier post highlighted a tanker (which was not identified) laden with diesel sailing for the US. I've had to delete that post as I've been contacted by the provider of that information to say it had urea, not diesel and that they have updated their information to reflect this.
that doesn't change my observations about General License 135 though: there isn’t much Russian diesel/gasoil to buy and there will likely be only a few cargoes that can be imported to the US right now.
Any volumes exported from Russia are unlikely to deal with the global shortage or meaningfully influence domestic prices in the US.
Russia’s diesel and gasoil exports cratered over the third quarter, falling to 190,000 bpd, @Vortexa data show. That compares to 690,000 bpd in the second quarter and 850,000 bpd in the first.
Russia extended export bans on gasoline and diesel in July to address domestic shortfalls after attacks on their refineries over 2026 left 51% of capacity offline according to the Ukraine’s Defence Ministry as of Oct 4 .
Shortages were so acute the federation imported diesel/gasoil as well as gasoline over the third quarter. The most recent import was seen on Oct 7 with 150,000 barrels of diesel imported to the Russian port of Vysotsk on the Western-sanctioned Russia-flagged medium-range tanker Soyana (IMO 9327372) Vortexa data show. The six-month licence also suggests, that as per my earlier posts, nobody sees freedom of navigation being restored to the Strait of Hormuz any time soon.
