@diffeyewear STOLE my money! I bought on 8/31, nvr received it, & somehow lost my dispute with the bank. Now I have to wait ANOTHER 75 days for a "solution." This is simple: give me my product or give me my money back. Stop wasting my time w/ excuses! #scam #CustomerServiceFail
I've been emailing @diffeyewear customer service since day 1 about an incorrect address I provided. Sure, my mistake—but 60 days to get my sunglasses to the right address? Ridiculous. #CustomerServiceFail
@diffeyewear claims they sent info to my bank on my behalf—total lie. How did the bank even side with a scam company like this? #Unbelievable #LostMyMoney
I’ll add that neutrality is complicity and all inability to recognize multiple truths, we teach critical thinking and the institution does everything to suppress it.
