September was a big month for the weightroom @LakesideSD ! We had several standouts, however these 2 made huge gains and are doing things the right way. Ram Strength Lifters of the Month for September are Brady Jennings, junior @LS_RamsBB and Caroline Green, soph (ls softball)

@blakejv4 and teammates wrapping up a leg day with some impressive back squats. Super Proud of these guys and their hard work they've put in. Big things on the horizon for the @LakesideFB Rams! I didn't get some of their best lifts on video today so I'm sure I'll hear about it.
