The "nootropic" you actually need to have a great mood, focus and energy levels is called a healthy gut. Poor gut health can contribute to: -Depression -Anxiety -Brain fog -Alzheimer's -OCD -Schizophrenia -Bipolar -ASD "I don't believe you" Fine. A) In a case report, a woman with bipolar 1 who had 10 psychiatric hospitalisations and tried many medications did 9 faecal microbiota transplants (FMT) over 11 months, using stool from her husband (no psychiatric history) as donor. Within 6 months of starting FMT: -Symptom-free from depression. -No mania after September 2017. -Remained completely symptom-free long-term (at least 5 years follow-up). -Discontinued all psychiatric medications (under medical supervision). -Lost 33 kg. -Went from being functionally disabled to running a small business and publishing two books. B) A landmark 2019 follow-up study found that 44% of participating children no longer met the diagnostic threshold for autism spectrum disorder two years after completing a specialized form of fecal microbiota transplantation. C) "We hypothesize that the degree of microbial alteration correlates with the severity of autism spectrum disorder". D) Probiotics help with irritability/emotional lability associated with neurodevelopmental conditions. E) Bipolar patients who took probiotics were 74% less likely to be re-hospitalized compared to placebo. F) A LOT of the mental health benefits from ketamine and MDMA come from modulations in the gut microbiome. G) Major depressive disorder (MDD) is VERY frequently associated with an imbalance in gut bacteria (specifically a depletion of beneficial strains like Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, and Faecalibacterium). H) In suicidal people there is a distinct depletion of anti-inflammatory species from the Firmicutes phylum bur also corynebacterium aurimucosum. I) Psychiatrists themselves have stated that "it’s reasonable to hypothesize that focusing on correcting gut dysbiosis rather than solely relying on pharmacotherapy might be advantageous in treating neurodegenerative and psychiatric disorders". "George, gut health = mental health because most serotonin is produced in the gut". Not exactly. A) Serotonin in the brain is synthesized in neurons located in the raphe nuclei of the brain. B) LPS lowers extracellular serotonin in the hippocampus since it increases histamine levels that bind to H3 heteroreceptors located on the terminals of serotonin neurons. Activation of these inhibits serotonin release into the synapse → leading to lower extracellular serotonin levels in areas like the hippocampus. Gut health = mental health for many other reasons, such as the composition and function of the gut microbiome strongly influencing adult neurogenesis through the microbiota-gut-brain axis. Gut health = Mental health, also because it greatly influences the immune system. So a dysfunctional gut = a dysfunctional immune system. In the top right one for example (25K people) SLE was found to be independently associated with BD. Also: -A Danish study based on the records of 7,704 people, found that individuals with SCZ have a 50% lifetime prevalence of autoimmune disorders and that conversely, given a history of autoimmune disorders, the relative risk for SCZ increases by 45% -A Swedish study reported an increased risk of affective, personality, and neurotic disorders among individuals hospitalized for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and ankylosing spondylitis (AS) -The kynurenine “shunt”. When the gut is inflamed (due to dysbiosis or LPS), an enzyme called IDO is activated. This leads to the overproduction of quinolinic acid, a neurotoxin that overstimulates NMDA receptors in the brain. This causes “excitotoxicity,” leading to anxiety, racing thoughts and so on. -Ammonia and microbial metabolites. Certain pathogenic bacteria and yeast (like Candida) produce byproducts like ammonia and acetaldehyde. If the gut barrier is permeable, these toxins enter the bloodstream and cross the blood-brain barrier. This is of course, problematic since ammonia for example, interferes with astrocyte function. This quite literally makes you feel dumber since it physically slows down neuronal signaling. -Negative impacts on the vagus nerve. The vagus nerve is the main physical connection between the gut and the brain. Gut bacteria can release chemicals that stimulate this nerve to send “danger” or “distress” signals to the brain’s emotional centers, even if there is no external psychological stressor. -The release of pro-inflammatory cytokines like IL-6 and TNF-α that can cross the blood-brain barrier (BBB). Once in the brain, these inflammatory markers activate microglia (the brain’s immune cells), which can disrupt the growth of new brain cells and damage neural connections, a hallmark of major depressive disorder. In animal models for example, candida-induced inflammation reduced cognitive clarity by 30%. -Acetaldehyde release Acetaldehyde can bind with dopamine in the brain to form substances called THIQs (tetrahydroisoquinolines), which are structurally similar to opiates. Now to be more correct what happens is that when acetaldehyde reacts with dopamine, it forms compounds like salsolinol (1-methyl-6,7-dihydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline) and THIQs are structurally similar to morphine-like alkaloids (opiates). For instance, tetrahydropapaveroline (THP) is a THIQ precursor to morphine alkaloids. Anyway. Here's what you need to know in order to improve your gut health. Thread🧵

SHOCKING: Dr. Ben Carson Reveals How European Food Cured His Friend’s Diabetes in 2 Weeks — Then American Food Brought It Back His friend had a very difficult case of diabetes. He went to Italy… ate their food… and within TWO WEEKS his diabetes was completely gone. He stayed for three months. Came back to America… and within TWO WEEKS the diabetes came roaring back. This isn’t “bad luck.” This is proof that American food is poisoning us. Clean European food reversed his disease. Toxic, ultra-processed, chemical-loaded American food brought it right back. Our grocery stores and restaurants are loaded with ingredients and processing methods that much of Europe has banned or strictly limits. We are literally eating our way into chronic illness while being told it’s normal. Dr. Ben Carson is sounding the alarm. The diabetes epidemic isn’t random. It’s manufactured by the food we’re being sold. Change what you put in your body before it changes (or ends) your life. The evidence is right in front of us. Real food heals. American “food” destroys.

Dandelion root extract ELIMINATED over 95% of human cancer cells within 48 HOURS in the lab. It also SUPPRESSED human tumor growth in mice by over 90%. There was ZERO observed toxicity after taking dandelion root for 75 days straight. Health Canada authorized human trials over a DECADE AGO… yet they strangely NEVER happened.

Lactoferrin cut 8x more belly fat than the sugar pill group in 8 WEEKS. Nobody changed their diet. (PMID: 20691130) Most people with belly fat have no idea it’s not always a diet problem: - belly fat that won’t move no matter how clean you eat - losing weight everywhere except your midsection - waist that grows while the scale stays the same - abs that won’t show no matter how lean you get The problem was never calories. I’d fixed my gut. The belly fat still wouldn’t move. Lactoferrin moved it. I changed nothing else. Here’s the study and exactly what I take: 🧵

Breathing harder through your mouth gets you LESS oxygen, not more. Overbreathe and you dump too much CO2. Your blood vessels tighten. That tingling in your fingers after heavy breathing isn’t extra oxygen. It’s less circulation. Your nose fixes this. It slows the air, filters it, humidifies it, and releases nitric oxide, a vasodilator that helps oxygen actually reach your tissues. We argue about keto vs vegan vs paleo and ignore the thing we do 20,000+ times a day. Breathing belongs next to diet and exercise as a pillar of health.

🚨 "Nicotine eliminates every virus on the face of the Earth." ⚠️ "Nicotine is a cure for COVID." ⚠️ "Nicotine has always been an antidote and treatment." ⚠️ "It has been proven that nicotine alone is capable of reversing the course of diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's and multiple sclerosis and arthritis and many other diseases.. In fact, preventing and treating them." ⚠️ "Nicotine can eliminate brain tumors and dissolve them in less than 72 hours." ⚠️ "Nicotine reduces behaviors associated with autism." ⚠️ "Nicotine treats diabetes." Now you realize why they're trying to ban and criminalize all nicotine products.

Still Can’t Eat Without Feeling Sick, Here’s What’s Really Going On A lot of people think it is just their gut being a mess. Yeast. Mold. Fungus. Bacteria. Viruses. All of that can be there. You can have somebody with a total mess in the gut and they are not even complaining. Then you have somebody else who cannot eat without nausea, butterflies, tightness, cramps, bloating, weird sensations, and anxiety because their vagus nerves are inflamed and irritated. Their phrenic nerves are inflamed too. That is why some people keep chasing the wrong answer and never understand what is really happening. 1 year before the 1986 vaccine act was passed because pharmaceutical companies were being inundated with lawsuits for injuries that would soon bankrupt them, there was a panel of doctors and vaccine injured people on the Phil Donahue show arguing about vaccines and answering questions from the audience. One of the panel members who had GBS from a swine flu vaccine, said in her research that vaccinations are highly implicated in autoimmune diseases as well, like lupus, arthritis, MS, and other inflammatory conditions that began to increase dramatically with increased vaccination, so this discussion really isn't new. This show aired nearly 40 years ago now, and we're still debating the same issues on vaccines to this day, with the same complaints of not being heard by the government or pharmaceutical companies, denial of causality by administrating doctors, and how they were trying to force people to get vaccinated to keep their kid to school and how hard you had to fight for an exemption. I think an ignorance of history is one of the greatest reasons why all this insanity continues as usual. People are too obsessed with the "current thing" like the war in Ukraine or some other MSM psyop, and can't take the time to look back on history, precedent, and past narratives, and then use that knowledge to properly inform on the present. Otherwise we're doomed to repeat the same stupidity over and over again, sleepwalking into oblivion.

So much of a woman’s life really just comes down to this: • don’t get fat (don’t starve yourself either) • stay GROOMED (blow-dries, nails, clear skin, tailored clothes, beautiful scent) • minimise exposure to endocrine disruptors • be a little dominant (the man has to fear you just a LITTLE bit for it to work). never be a pushover • take care of your female friendships. your girls are your village • sunlight, red light, collagen, vitamin C & E, carbs, magnesium, animal (gelatinous) protein, cholesterol • oysters, liver, eggs, shellfish. eat your minerals • café latte and orange juice every hour • have your own finances sorted. never be financially helpless • learn how to cook REALLY well • have flowers in your house at all times • never underestimate the metabolic power of being loved, touched and adored • learn to say no and to stop being a people pleaser. a no is a no is a no is a no and it’s a complete sentence; the opposite will give you autoimmune disease in the long run • dance off the stress (learn to out-disco anything this evil world wants to throw your way) • spend time with babies and animals • build something of your own. purpose is pro-metabolic • don’t argue with people committed to misunderstanding you • learn to recognise good men and treat them well, the rest is non-existent to you • similarly, pay no attention to terrible men; exit the relationship before it’s too late (again: it all comes down to intuition and being in tune with yourself!) • have standards so high they make mediocre people uncomfortable… but don’t be a dick • spend time in nature, preferably somewhere with mountains and cows • don’t let the internet convince you that being feminine means being weak • walk with God • do no harm but take no sh1t • be high maintenance always • don’t forget the whimsy • whatever the mass media say, probably investigate the opposite • recognise that you’re more powerful that you think xx
