This is crazy but it’s exactly what I speaking on the other day. This can’t be the new normal, piss poor customer service and cutting corners with shipping.
The customer service has been atrocious. Ordered socks and the Awake shirt from @awakenyclothing back in August, super patient. Sent an email. Sent an IG DM, no response. Nothing had shipped. So I submitted a chargeback via PayPal this morning. Guess what?

Your landlord wants more money. The grocery store wants more money. The utility company wants more money. Your insurance wants more money. Your subscription services want more money. But when workers ask for higher pay, suddenly everyone acts like that’s unreasonable. People aren’t asking for more just because they want more. The cost of living keeps going up.

To charge $15 for shipping and take the cheap route using people who have no customer service and people are delivering from their cars is insane for expensive products like these.
And the lack of customer service support from @awakenyclothing is truly beyond me. To not reply to tons of people when they paid money for your product is outrageous. If you don’t have the product just cancel the order. No communication, no updates is absolutely unacceptable.

I think I can speak for any and all users on the platform when I say we’re begging you to stop utilizing subpar and cheap shipping carries like Uni Uni to ship customers their products, they provide a garbage service with 0 customer support.
