Full circle. In March 2022, @CapitalAltvest launched our business at the @BizNewsCOM Conference, @TatumKeshwar and @wheatley_warren were there working the stand, creating awareness for the IPO on the CTSE on 5 May 2022. That IPO was chapter one. Since then: 14 October 2024, we moved onto the JSE's AltX board; 26 November 2025, we listed on the OTCQB in the United States; 1 December 2025, we listed on the Frankfurter Börse in Europe; 22 May 2026, we advanced onto the JSE Mainboard; and 24 June 2026, we moved onto the NSX Mainboard. Six markets. Three continents. One mission. Last week, @staffordmasie and Warren Wheatley delivered keynotes on AI and Bitcoin respectively. If you backed us at our IPO in May 2022 at R1.67 per share, and sold out yesterday at R5.00, you'd have realised a return of +199%. That's roughly 29% a year, in rand - ahead of gold (≈23% p.a.), the S&P 500 (≈14.5%), the JSE All Share (≈14.5%) and even Bitcoin itself (≈14%) over the same period. Besides great returns, you made an impact - a big one. Your investment catalysed the funding of 45 SMEs, creating 2,406 jobs, changing lives, building South Africa. To everyone who believed early: thank you. You didn't just buy a share - you funded SME loans, backed a thesis the market called crazy, and helped build the World's first listed SME Growth Accelerator, powered by Bitcoin, now trading on six markets across three continents. The mission never changed. The technology for achieving it did. Figures approximate, in ZAR, 5 May 2022–17 Aug 2026; comparators are total or price returns as applicable. Past performance is not a promise of future returns. Not investment advice.

African Time … apparently even applies to Capital Markets! Today was supposed to be the day. Africa Bitcoin Corporation was due to begin trading on Aquis in London. But, in true African fashion… we’re running a little late. Our Aquis listing has been pushed back by a few weeks, giving us a little more time to get everything lined up for the next chapter of the journey. And if there’s one thing we’ve learned since starting out as Altvest Capital, it’s this: Good things are worth waiting for. From our original listing on the Cape Town Stock Exchange, to the JSE, Namibia’s NSX, OTCQB in the USA and Frankfurt - the journey has already taken us a long way. Now, London is next. So yes, we're late. But we're still coming. The journey continues. #AfricaBitcoinCorporation #ABC #Aquis #Bitcoin #Africa #AfricanTime #CapitalMarkets #London #Investing Five days. One city. London, ABC is nearly there. The countdown is on. In just five days, Africa Bitcoin Corporation is expected to make its London debut — bringing a business already at home on five exchanges across three continents to the heart of one of the world's great capital markets. From Johannesburg to Windhoek, New York to Frankfurt — and now London. ABC is expected to be admitted to the Access segment of the Aquis Growth Market, with trading in its ordinary shares anticipated to commence at 8:00 a.m. BST on 17 August 2026, subject to Admission. Behind the ticker: a private-credit engine funding Africa's SMEs, and a treasury strategy built for the Bitcoin era. Somewhere off the South African coast, a crew member trains to launch a lifeboat under real pressure. That knowledge has to be earned -it's the difference between coming home safely and tragedy at sea. Tru4, through its division SSTG, built the infrastructure behind that training - five centres nationally, and Southern Africa's largest provider of accredited maritime education. ACOF stepped in where conventional lenders wouldn't - refinancing costly debt and backing the import of real lifeboats for STCW training, so students train on the equipment they'll actually use at sea. That's the difference the right capital partner makes. One story inside a bigger pattern: R491.6m deployed, 45 SMEs backed, 2,406 jobs supported. Most lenders in Africa borrow at 20%+.
Our funding model, powered by Bitcoin, ours can go as low as ~4%.
That spread is what lets us back real businesses.

Warren Wheatley, @wheatley_warren & Stafford Masie, @staffordmasie break the private credit model down live — Wed 15 July, ahead of our Aquis (London) admission.

The flywheel is turning. Bitcoin on the balance sheet lowers the cost of capital. Lower cost of capital means better lending economics. Better economics reach more SMEs across more African markets. More deal flow scales the Private Credit Fund. And the profits? They flow back into Bitcoin, reinforcing the loop, compounding the impact. This is what a Bitcoin-backed SME growth accelerator looks like in practice. Not a theory. A structure. Learn more at africabitcoincorporation.com

What a fortnight. Friday before last, the @JSE_Group quietly moved us up to the Main Board - institutional territory, in one trading day. Tuesday brought the FY2026 audit: two unmodified opinions from Forvis Mazars, R16.9M of properly-counted profit at ABC, R502M under management at ACOF, and a 0.09% bad-debt rate that some much bigger names in global private credit would happily put their name on. Wednesday? We bought more Bitcoin. Of course we did. Another 0.5085 BTC, financed against the stack rather than sold from it. We're at 5.5331 BTC now. BTC Yield: 429.2% since inception. Right now the team is somewhere over the Atlantic - @staffordmasie steps on stage in London tomorrow at The @smarterwebuk Unconference, and the room is unlikely to stay quiet for long. Also representing Africa Bitcoin Corporation is CEO, founder @wheatley_warren and Head of Media and Investor Relations @TatumKeshwar Opening of event by CEO of The Smarter Web Company, @asjwebley Next week we're home, and the ACOF team holds court at @Batseta . Stand 35. Bring questions. African Bitcoin-native finance, doing the work in public. Stay tuned on africabitcoincorporation.com

“A year of execution.” Today, Africa Bitcoin Corporation released its FY2026 Integrated Annual Report - marking a defining year in the evolution of Africa’s first listed Bitcoin treasury company, powered by an SME private credit engine. FY2026 highlights include: • R347.9 million in total group assets (+36.4%)
• R146.7 million total group equity (+16.5%)
• R16.5 million revenue and income (+114.3%)

• 381% BTC yield per diluted share
• R502 million ACOF assets under management
• 0.09% cumulative bad debts across the private credit portfolio
• Listings expanded across five trading venues on three continents This year was not about speculation. It was about execution. Not a single Bitcoin has been sold. Held through the cycle. Read the full FY2026 Integrated Annual Report at:

Africa Bitcoin Corporation turns 4 today! From a single listing in 2022 @CapitalAltvest to a multi-exchange, multi-continent platform — the journey has been defined by disciplined execution and a clear thesis. Milestones over 4 years: 5 trading destinations across 3 continents (CTSE, JSE, NSX, OTCQB, Börse Frankfurt) R500m+ assets under management 5.0246 BTC on balance sheet 44 SMEs funded through ACOF 21 sectors backed 2,084 jobs supported Built by a team of 20 But the model matters as much as the milestones. While others liquidate Bitcoin to survive, ABC uses yield to accumulate more. Our private credit fund finances African SMEs - businesses creating jobs, building industries, and driving growth across the continent. That lending generates real, recurring income. That income protects the Bitcoin treasury. Yield-backed: Real cash flow means Bitcoin stays in treasury and compounds over time Cycle-resilient: Downturns don’t force selling - income provides a floor Structurally designed not to sell: From conservative LTVs to fiat buffers, everything is built to avoid forced liquidation As Founder & CEO Warren Wheatley @wheatley_warren puts it: “Hard money on the balance sheet. Productive capital in the real economy.” Four years in — the model is proven. Next phase: scale. africabitcoincorporation.com… Investor deck: africabitcoincorporation.com… #AfricaBitcoinCorporation #Bitcoin #PrivateCredit #AfricaInvesting #AltvestCapital #CapitalMarkets #SMEs #JSE

In an insightful opinion piece, CEO Warren Wheatley of JSE-listed, US-trading company, makes the case that Africa Bitcoin Corporation's private credit strategy in ACOF, is the solution both the US and the broader global market have long been waiting for. Make sure to read as Warren Wheatley addresses the following pivotal questions: •Are private credit risks being assessed using complete and comparable data? •How does asset-backed, cash-generating lending compare to more leveraged structures? •What role does transparency and public disclosure play in evaluating performance? •Are African SME credit markets being measured using frameworks designed for developed markets? The piece discusses how African private credit should be assessed on its own terms, with closer attention to factors such as collateral, disclosure and the nature of the borrower base, rather than through assumptions borrowed from other markets. To explore the insights and supporting data in more detail: Read the full article:africabitcoincorporation.com… March 2026 Investor Deck: africabitcoincorporation.com… Book Analytics: africabitcoincorporation.com…
