Last week, I wrote 2 checks to Canadian founders 🇨🇦 This week, I'd like to write 2 more. Who's raising?

I had a flight booked with Air Canada. Also, Alberta ended daylight savings time today. The app says 5:35pm The notifications say 5:35pm The calendar invite says 5:35pm Want to guess what time the flight took off at?

My universal advice for non-technical people. Stop handicapping yourself and learn how stuff works.

Just celebrate great Canadian entrepreneurs doing something ambitious or go back to bed.
To all these cynics dunking on the @cohere round; Canada has invested in private entities for years. The CDC has done it for decades successfully in mining, petrochemicals and pharma (TMC pipeline and many others). This is a regular practice in defense and military. AI is at least as important. It's not picking a winner. It's co-investment with the best company in the world @nvidia. Just celebrate great Canadian entrepreneurs doing something ambitious or go back to bed.

If you're having a baby in 3 weeks, here's what you should buy: - baby bjorn bouncer - carrier - bottle washer - more onesies than you think you need - more rags than you think you need - 2 strollers - Tesla Model Y - a house walkable to everything
A friend is 3 weeks from having a baby. Here’s a list of things I sent her/her partner to do in the next 3 months: 1. Wills/revocable trusts 2. Guardianship agreement 3. 529 4. Trump account 5. Social Security @ hospital 6. Passport (USPS) 7. Freeze credit 8. Life insurance
