Gamers really need to get out of their tribalism because it’s so juvenile🚀 If someone doesn’t like something PlayStation does doesn’t automatically make them team XBOX and if someone appreciates something XBOX does, doesn’t mean they hate Sony. You can like and dislike different things about a console/company without that being your whole personality. I’ve been gaming all my life on PlayStation, from PS1 until now. I never owned a Nintendo, and I only ever got an Xbox One for Quantum Break and Ryse and it stayed collecting dust. I’ve been impressed by most things Sony did in the past, but the fact of the matter is th have stagnated and they’ve been a huge disappointment this generation. ❌Their live service push ❌Plan to end physicals media ❌Disappointing first party games ❌Slow output ❌Ending the deal with Kojima ❌Overall attitude All of that really destroyed a lifelong beautiful image I had in my mind for them. Meanwhile, XBOX’s Asha Sharma has been doing great things on a platform that I always felt had potential that was hugely unrealized and ruined by a former management that was all talk no action. I was always gonna get an XBOX for Kojima’s OD and now PHYSINT too, so that’s a great thing. Am I an “XBOX fanboy?” No. Am I a “PlayStation fanboy?” No. I’m team me, team gaming that appeals to me, and business practices that respect the money I pay with quality and user-friendly policies And I will speak out against things I don’t like and support things I like wherever they may be. Please grow up from console wars, and worry about your own self interest, because clearly none of these companies even know or care about you, no matter how hard you try to be an unpaid lawyer in their defense💿

BOYCOTT MARVEL’SWOLVERINE—SEPTEMBER15 If you truly support the future of physical games, don’t buythe digital version of Wolverine—buy the disc instead. This isn’tabout hating Wolverine; it’s a message to Sony: Gamers don’t want digital-only gaming. The physical option must remain.

"This Is Real Culture and It Is Being Deleted," says @MariaOhisalo With the Game Industry now much larger than Movies, we cannot allow corporations to arbitrarily destroy what we have paid for. Lawmakers must step up to ensure preservation. #stopkillinggames
