大家好，我们是 TapeOut 社区基金会（TapeOut Community Foundation）。这是我们的第一条推文。
我们为什么诞生
TapeOut 是开放协议，开发者、项目和公链还在不断进来。有些事，市场不一定会主动去做，却决定了一个生态能走多远：资助开源工具和 Public Goods，做研究和安全审计，带新开发者上手。生态需要一个相对中立的社区组织把这些事补上，所以 @BruceBlue 和社区贡献者们开始筹备这个基金会。
这件事得到了 TapeOut 协议创始人 @Blonskr 的支持。
我们是独立的 TapeOut 社区基金会，不控制协议。
我们信什么：Builder 文化。
建造，证明，成长。
Build. Prove. Grow.
Builder 把东西做出来；贡献由别人核验、留下公开证据，记进一份不可转让的 Proof of Build（PoB）记录；被验证过的贡献，再带来资源、伙伴和下一批 Builder。
捐赠不等于治理权。每一笔钱都要公开可查，规则先于资金。
我们的标识：涌现（Emergence）
14 个方块，由小到大，沿着对角线向右上方聚拢。
设计概念：从逻辑走向大众（From Logic to Commons）。NAND、LATCH 这些最基础的单元，往上搭成寄存器、ALU、计算机，最后长成一片开阔的蓝海。零件很简单，谁都能自由组合，复杂的秩序就这样自己长出来。
寓意：11 个方块是各自独立的 Builder 和他们的小贡献；3 个亮蓝方块，是被点亮、经过验证的贡献；向右上生长，就是从逻辑走向大众。
过程：我们反复试了好几轮，太抽象的、照搬官方符号的都放弃了，最后留下“涌现”，再从定稿里取色，整理成一套规范。上图把概念、寓意和过程都标出来了。
接下来的工作
基金会还在筹备，尚未完全正式启动。启动后，将会做：
▪ Grants：公开的资助轮次，支持开源工具、基础设施和 Public Goods
▪ Ecosystem：每个 Builder 都能直接复用的共享工具
▪ Education：给新开发者的指南、工作坊和文档
▪ Research：研究和安全审计，成果公开
▪ PoB：公开、不可转让的贡献记录
多签、账本和官网都还在设计之中，会在日后公布。
筹备阶段欢迎志愿者：研究、工程、设计、宣传、活动，都行。早期参与出于自愿，不预设回报，也没有治理权。

BruceBlue 及其他社区成员曾多次与我沟通关于设立TapeOut社区基金会的事宜，我的明确态度与立场如下：
1、支持多样化的TapeOut社区基金会
我全力支持每一个来自任何公链的支持者发起设立的 TapeOut 社区基金会。我更希望看到 2 到 3 个独立的 TapeOut 社区基金会同时存在，而非仅有一个。这有助于规避传统单一基金会容易产生的弊端，形成良性互补与监督，推动社区基金会组织形式更加健康、透明地运行。
2、坚守技术初心，保持管理独立
凡是对 TapeOut 生态健康发展有利的举措，我都一律支持。同时我郑重承诺：无论是现在还是未来，我都不会参与任何基金会相关的管理工作。我及当前的 TapeOut 核心开发团队将始终坚持“技术为第一生产力”的原则，专注于协议本身的技术研发与应用推广。因此，不论是 TapeOut 未来可能的官方生态基金会，还是当前的社区基金会，我都不会参与其具体运营，但会持续给予全部支持。
3、个人捐赠支持
我个人承诺，在 BruceBlue 发起的 TapeOut 社区基金会正式启动并接受无偿捐赠时，我将以个人名义捐赠 700 个 BEM，用于支持 TapeOut 生态的建设与长期发展。

TapeNFT——V神的意难平，B神来改命
NFT曾经承载了最多币圈希望，凝聚了最狂热的IP和共识，也带来了最亮眼的破圈效果，最后凉的最透、死的最彻底。
现在，它迎来了逆天改命的历史机遇。
天选之人B神不仅开创了把电路、晶体管和CPU上链的先河：
这些本身就是NFT，更让生长出来的容器和DeWEB给NFT彻底打开了全新的世界：
1. TapeOut开创了具备真实门电路网表、有真实算力的NFT；
2. DeWEB首次支持了跨链调用图片和元数据的NFT新范式；
3. TapeOut网表 + DeWEB存储，实现了矿机NFT网表文件的跨链调用；
4. 智能合约 + TapeOut容器为NFT的玩法增加了无限种可能性；
5. TapeCode“梦想成真器”让更多普通人有机会创造出更有趣的玩法；
6. TapeUP的全链账本打开了未来的“全链NFT”新范式的想象力。
除了上面这些，还有更多难以想象的未知领域等着我们去探索。
B神亲自下场示范了一个经典案例：TapeCode-Test1 NFT。
这个测试NFT激发了社区极大的共识和热情，因为：
· Native：TapeCode伴生，上线当天B神发布免费领取帖，一小时内被社区抢光。
· 正统性：B神手搓、亲自发布、亲自安排领取，而且还是在TapeCode首发帖子里。
· First is First：B神亲手发布的第一个非电路NFT，也是TapeOut生态在X Layer的第一个NFT。
后来经过社区共识发酵，大家讨论着要给这个NFT赋能，碰撞出了多个方向：
· 矿机网表方案：B神亲自提出思路，用TapeOut矿机网表赋予NFT稀有度，验证网表文件的可互操作性。
· 跨链调用图片方案：洪七公首测成功，基于TapeOut容器和DeWEB实现NFT跨链调用图片和数据。
· 图片 + 网表双稀有度方案：森哥和不撸哥共同规划和整理。
· 图片 + 网表文件复合跨链方案：采用DeWEB容器 + 智能合约方式，实现永久可用的跨链调用；不撸哥已将技术框架提交TAP技术标准提案。
· 社区设计大赛：由TapeAI和Firsto共同承办，激发参与热情、放大共识、推动出圈。
可以预见：经过TapeOut和DeWEB的技术加持，整个NFT赛道有机会浴火重生。尤其是B神手搓的TapeCode-Test1，一出生就风华正茂。前面提到的所有赋能，都会成为“TapeNFT”这个新赛道起飞的助推剂。
V神多年前的意难平，B神今天来改命。
因此，本次TapeCode-Test1 NFT社区设计大赛规则如下：
1. 提交：用 #TapeOutNFT 发推，附上你的概念描述 + 概念图（手绘、AI、梗图、表情包均可，不限形式）。这几天随时可以丢。
2. 收集与评审：社区整理带 #TapeOutNFT 的投稿，72小时内给出初步方向。
3. 投票与定稿：合作方（Firsto等）在1-2天内提供简单投票功能。社区投票 + 内部评审，72小时内公布最终主题方向。
4. 后续：定稿后找设计师完善Collection方案，再与 @Blonskr 确认技术可行性与部署节奏，最终落到合约上。
目的不是搞一次复杂活动，而是先在X Layer上形成一点共识：这个早期测试NFT，能不能成为TapeOut生态里大家共同参与过的一个文化入口。

Our goal is simple: inspire more developers, creators, and community members, both within and beyond the TapeOut ecosystem, to start building and turn great ideas into real products!

Four.Meme Product Update | TapeFour Officially Launched
Another way to launch Memes: Mining ⛏️
TapeFour is Four.Meme's first mining-token launch model, jointly introduced with TapeOut Protocol (@TapeOutWorld) on @BNBChain. It combines TapeOut’s tapeout mining with Four.Meme’s bonding curve trading and tax mechanisms: projects sell transistors (NAND) first, which are then taped out to assemble mining rigs. 95% of the total token supply is entirely mined by these mining rigs.
Fundraising
•Project creators can choose to raise funds in BNB or BEM
•Transistors are sold on the bonding curve at a fixed price, ensuring equal terms for all participants
•Transistors can be bought or sold at any time prior to token launch
Graduation
•Graduation occurs when all transistors are sold, triggering the minting of 1 billion tokens
•5% of the token supply and the raised funds are injected into PancakeSwap as initial liquidity, with LP permanently locked
•The remaining 95% of tokens are deposited directly into the mining contract, with zero team reservation
•Project creators can set transaction taxes and allocation methods for the token
Mining
•Post-graduation, every 5 transistors can be taped out to assemble 1 mining rig
•Mining rigs continuously generate tokens, which holders can claim at any time
•Users can pay project tokens to boost mining speed (paid tokens will be burned), achieving a 2x multiplier for durations of 10, 20, or 30 days
•Both transistors and mining rigs can be freely traded on Firsto.ai @FirstoAI, the largest marketplace in the TapeOut ecosystem

We share the view that real ecosystem growth comes from builders who ship usable products on TapeOut with verifiable results, not just more project count.
The initial 3,000 USDT is independently provided and managed by TapeOut X.
The Foundation will join in project recommendations and review, but the two parties keep separate treasuries — the addresses published in the original post are not the Foundation’s multisig.
Review criteria, disbursement process, and progress will be made public once confirmed by both sides.
Looking forward to more teams that actually use TapeOut on X Layer and create real usage and economic activity.
