Last month, the contracts powering Magic Eden were exploited to the tune of millions of dollars. I was lucky enough to be in a position to rescue a good portion of that, but it highlighted the danger of leaving approvals open as adversaries get access to better and better tools for finding holes in contract logic. Today, Blur announced that they will be deprecating their frontend. I've investigated Blur and found no exploits within the current contracts. However, the Blur contracts are upgradable, meaning that they could turn malicious at any time. They currently have eight figures worth of NFTs approved to them. The safety of those NFTs effectively hinges on the opssec of the Blur team, which appears to be disbanding at this time. If you have open approvals to Blur, I recommend you remove them immediately. Use revoke.cash or similar to ensure that you are protected in case of a contract exploit or later upgrade. Don't wait. The time is now.
1/ The blur.io frontend will be deprecated on November 12, 2026. This deprecation only applies to the frontend. The Blur marketplace protocol will remain operational on-chain, and $BLUR will continue to control its fee switch.

sbf movie is gonna end with some stupid epilogue like "Included in the seed investments that the lawyers sold off was a company called Anthropic. Had he not been coerced into declaring bankruptcy, Sam would be the richest man in the universe."

Introducing ChatGPT for Dishwashing GPT-6 achieves state-of-the-art results on dishwashing benchmarks for long-running jobs and difficult stains. The Navier–Stokes Millennium Prize Problem is a $1 million challenge about whether the equations describing fluid motion can break down. In this video, I accidentally found a counter-example while trying to optimize my dishwasher. If the FTX movie doesn’t include Bitboy flying to the Bahamas to find SBF, I don’t wanna watch it.
All in. Every time. Julia Garner and Anthony Boyle star as Caroline Ellison and Sam Bankman-Fried in this limited series about the love scorned prodigies behind the FTX scandal. The Altruists premieres November 19.

I am a music historian, and with @AdrianRMG I have researched the best-selling single of every decade all the way back to 14,000BC. Here's a thread: 2010s - Ed Sheeran, The Shape of You

If killing people was as difficult as writing CSS we would already have world peace
Models can’t even write CSS and every headline is about AI killing us

We are long, long, long overdue to reduce the amount of KYC we do as a society. It doesn’t stop crime. It enables mass surveillance of the innocent by the tyrannical. And, perhaps most of all, it enriches hackers with troves of intimate personal data. p2p.coincenter.org/p/the-hug…
