This is how I know the @YouTube Algorithm sucks, and the subscribers don't matter to YouTube. (they matter to us). This person was a regular viewer, and commenter on our content. They get no notifications, they NEVER see our videos, and slowly people do forget with SO much out there. I know that @TeamYouTube Doesn't see this as an issue at all. They only care about the computer algorithm, and showing us what they want us to see, and NOT what people subscribed for.
My channel is a legacy channel. It turns 17 years old this year. A lot of our audience never clicked a bell, cause it wasn't a thing. They didn't turn on notifications, because again, it wasn't a thing. So slowly they have faded away (and aged out, which is totally normal). It's just sad to me when they find us through a community post, or a short, and tell us that they NEVER see our content anymore.
Recently we lost our dog Memphis, she was on the channel for 13 years. I always feel horrible when people find out so much later, because YouTube doesn't show them our content. They have even changed the subscriber page now, which I used to tell people to skip the homepage and ONLY look a the sub box, but now the top videos on that are also algorithm videos that YouTube pushes.
Yes, I know things change, yes, I know YouTube isn't anything near what it was before, and yes, I know they push an algorithm to get people to stay on their platform so they can make money off the backs of hard working creators. There was a time when my main channel was a HUGE source of our income, but not anymore.
What's my point? My point is, I am sad that this is how my subscriber had to find out that our dog passed. It made me sad. and angry and sad. That's all.

Under capitalism if you steal from your employer you go to jail but if your employer steals from you then you need to win a class action lawsuit to get back what they stole, and they suffer zero consequences. Capitalism is all about using state power to protect capital by force.
Since 2023, more than 200,000 Dashers in New York City were underpaid or paid late under the City’s delivery worker pay rules. These errors were unintentional, but that doesn’t make them acceptable. Dashers should be paid in full, on time, every time. We take full responsibility, and we’re deeply sorry.
We’ve reached a $131.5 million settlement with the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection. Every impacted Dasher will receive the amount they are owed, and they’ll be contacted directly with payment details.
We understand the impact of even one missed or late payment. We’ve addressed the issues that caused these errors and made changes to prevent them from happening again.

Duncan Trussell recorded this conversation with his mother while she was facing terminal cancer.
What you’re hearing isn’t scripted. It isn’t performed. It’s a son sitting with his dying mother trying to hold onto every word before the words run out.
And she, the one facing the end, is the one doing the comforting.
That is what makes these conversations so extraordinary. Not the wisdom itself, as profound as it is. But who it’s coming from. A woman who had every reason to be consumed by her own fear choosing instead to spend what little time remained helping her son understand how to live without her.
These recordings became the heart of The Midnight Gospel. And I always go back to watch it again.
They remain some of the most honest conversations about death, love and what it means to be human ever put on screen…

WHO data indicates all 36 hospitals in Gaza sustained damage during the conflict. Israel has stated this resulted from operations against Hamas military infrastructure (tunnels, command posts, weapons) located in or under multiple facilities, with supporting evidence released in several cases including al-Shifa. Hamas has denied militarizing hospitals. Some incidents remain disputed regarding exact causation.

That supposedly ‘private video’ of dad that I’ve been shown talking about conspiracies is clearly AI, and not even particularly convincing AI. Anyone who claims to be a fan who believes it clearly listened to his movies on mute because that voice is robotic and terrible. That said, a human made a robot create it, and to you I say: leave him out of your delusional bullshit and let him rest. If you cannot make your case without making a dead man make it more convincing for you, then tell me: who’s the one manipulating the public thru media now?
I hate this cesspool of an app. It’s mostly bots and people willingly being duped by bots at this point so not sure why I feel the need to come back to clarify, but I love him, so I will. Just because he’s gone does not mean he’s now your puppet. Have some shame.
Yall really want me to learn how to sail the seas…every time I hype something up for my kid for something that I previously saw available for streaming, I now have to dig in my pockets because now it’s only available to Rent or Buy for the same price I’m paying monthly to these streaming platforms already…

The latest MrBeast video has him building an entire village - housing, a school, well and plumbing system, power grid, play areas, farm, marketplace, and community center.
And the entire time he's talking about how it's because the kids in the village used to be stuck in child labor for cacao, so that we can eat chocolate. He's paying for five years of school meals for the kids, because free meals makes kids more likely to attend school rather than working.
He actually talks about child labor in chocolate *all the time* and his company Feastables is genuinely much more ethical than the big chocolate companies, pays living wages to farmers and is part of a traceable/open supply chain project.
Regardless of whether you like his content, the guy is doing incredible things across the world and using his money to try to make a difference. I find it pretty remarkable, especially when compared with the incredibly shallow stuff that most other rich influencers spend their money on.

@TeamYouTube My monetized channel was hijacked via a fake sponsorship email. The attacker changed both recovery emails and removed my authenticator — account recovery keeps failing. Locked out since 9/12/2026. Details in DM. Can you help?
