Dear Ola Customer Support, I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my Ola electric bike purchased in 2023. From the beginning, I have faced several issues with the vehicle, and your service team has been supporting by providing service whenever required. Last year, after completing the service, your team strongly recommended taking the Ola CarePlus plan, assuring that all services and required spare parts would be fully covered. Based on this assurance, I subscribed to CarePlus, and whenever spare parts were needed, they were replaced without any additional cost. As a media professional, having a reliable means of commuting is crucial for my responsibilities. This year as well, I renewed the CarePlus service with the same understanding. Recently, when my bike developed a problem and I gave it for service, I was informed that spare parts will not be covered and I need to pay for them. This information is completely unfair and unacceptable, because: 1. At the time of renewal, no one informed me about any change in rules or coverage. 2. Last year, the same CarePlus plan covered spare parts without any charges. 3. Communicating policy changes only at the last moment is misleading and amounts to cheating the customer. If there were any changes to the CarePlus terms, your team should have clearly informed me before I renewed the plan. I renewed only because of the benefits that were promised earlier. Therefore, I request you to take immediate action and provide a resolution in one of the following ways: Either provide the service and spare parts coverage exactly as offered last year, OR Refund the full amount I paid for the CarePlus plan, as the service promised was not delivered.
