Who remembers President Barack Obama’s incredible speech after finding out that he had been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. He is by far one of the greatest speakers in this Country’s history and he deserved this award.

In 1986, Tommy Lee, drummer for Mötley Crüe, and Heather Locklear, star of the series "Dynasty," were married in a lavish ceremony at the Santa Barbara Biltmore, in front of about 500 guests. He was 23, and she was 24.
They had met backstage at an REO Speedwagon concert, when Tommy, too shy to approach her on his own, asked someone to introduce them.
The union immediately caused a stir in the press. It seemed impossible to imagine glam metal’s wildest drummer alongside one of Hollywood television’s favorite actresses. Faced with rumors that the Satanism associated with Mötley Crüe’s songs was scaring off Heather’s fans, she responded with a line that became famous: “Tommy doesn’t worship the devil, he worships me.”
The marriage lasted until 1993, but the bond between them never completely broke. Decades later, even Tommy’s current wife, Brittany Furlan, went so far as to describe Heather as the greatest love of his life.

I don’t give a flying fuck if the polls say Democrats are winning by a landslide. Your ass better still get out and vote.

"A welfare check on a quiet street turned into something Sheriff Daniel Hayes will never forget. Neighbors hadn't seen the young mother at 214 Willow Lane for two days. They told dispatch a baby had been crying on and off, then suddenly everything went silent. Silence was what worried them most. Hayes, a 20-year veteran, arrived expecting a routine knock and a tired parent who simply hadn't answered the door. He knocked hard and announced himself. No movement. No sound. He forced the door open and stepped inside, calling out as he moved down the hallway. The air felt heavy. A faint smell of heat and stillness hung in the rooms. In the back bedroom, he found a baby girl lying in her crib. She was weak and dehydrated, but her eyes were open. When she saw him, she didn't cry. She just stared. "You've been around a long time, haven't you?" he said softly as he moved closer. In the next room, he found her mother. She had passed away in her sleep from a sudden medical event. Later reports estimated she had been gone for at least 36 hours. The baby had been alone the entire time. Training took over first. Hayes checked her breathing and pulse, then called for medical assistance. After that, he carried her outside to the front porch, away from the scene inside. He lowered himself into an old wooden chair and held her carefully against his chest. "It's alright," he murmured. "I'm here now. You're not alone right now." The child's small fingers wrapped weakly around his shirt. Her head rested under his chin as he waited for the ambulance. "You held on so long," he whispered. "We're going to get you warm. We're going to." His partner captured the moment from a distance. The photo shows a seasoned sheriff sitting on a porch, cradling a baby as tears fall down his face. Years of experience hadn't prepared him for the weight of that afternoon. The girl, later named Lily, recovered at the hospital. Hayes and his wife opened their home to her while relatives were located. When her grandparents were finally found, the handoff was quiet and full of emotion. Now she visits every month. The uniform that carried her out of that house is no longer just a symbol of authority to her family. Some calls end when the report is filed. Others change a life long after the sirens fade.

🚨🇺🇸 Obama: "As for the President, he's focused on critically important issues, like paving the Rose Garden so people's shoes don't get muddy, gilding the Oval Office, and building a ballroom...
If you can't afford to see a doctor, don't worry. He'll dance for you.
And if you don't get an invitation to the next White House party, you can always watch the festivities and all the wonderful people on Truth Social."

It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota.
To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically.
Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country.
Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case.
Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve.
In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota.
The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.

Hayes: Could you imagine Hegeth getting tough questions from Hannity about his past tweets, much less the other allegations that have been leveled against him? Could you imagine Trump telling Hegseth, you don't have to do this?
Say what you will about Zacharia, but at least she hasn't ordered the mass murder of over 200 sailors on boats.
Trump has turned merit on its head. He has replaced DEI with affirmative action for chuds and dunces.
