TDD does not take extra time. Writing tests _first_ is not overhead because they force you to think through the problem and partition it properly. Youโd have to do that thinking anyway.
Testing after the fact IS overhead because you did all that thinking already.

When dev say they don't do testing-first, they actually mean they do testing-first. Only with POSTMAN/Browser:)
These manual tests are tedious but feel more experimental
Once you get comfortable with integration testing (not TDD), these experiments become much more efficient

In @code 1.60.0, you can get inlay hints for parameter names.
Just enable it by setting: "javascript.inlayHints.parameterNames.enabled": "all"
or
"typescript.inlayHints.parameterNames.enabled": "all"
