Ive said it b4 : Fuuko was 238 when she and Andy got married, if her body took 34 ( she was 234 in 2016 ) as her actual age AND- taking her dream as a premonition, that explains why Windy looks in his early 20s and his parents look so older. So yeah I think this is fair/accurate.
