oh fred, i noticed that. the reluctance to give lewis proper credit is interesting. bc if lewis gets too much recognition for what heās doing, suddenly the conversation becomes about how much of this success is down to the driver rather than the team.
the pattern is noticeable.
"It's a strong performance if you consider that we were 21, 22 after Lap 1 or something like this. Its a very good comeback, very strong pace, very well managed by the two guys and this we can be pleased, for sure the tyre choice is another story but at the end of the day I think 50% of the cars took one direction, the other 50 the other one and we were on the wrong side but difficult to.. honeslty if I have to do another time the choice I'm not sure.. well, now that I know the race for sure but it is like it is, difficult choice in this condition... but I'm very pleased with the performance over the weekend, we had a very strong comeback, the pace was there, iom pleased for everybody."
