In other news, gifts cycle as usual and are sent out on Sundays! If you requested a gift this last week and don’t see it by some time early tomorrow (Monday, Nov 23, PST) please check in with us and we’ll resend it!
We had a large group of requests for Act II for the previous cycle and think that’s why so many failed to send (we don’t know if iTunes flags for suspicious behavior when many of the same gifts are sent at once) and we hope it was only due to the large number we sent at the time.
We haven’t been tweeting as much lately as the main person running this account just committed to a University and things have been chaotic;
But congratulations Taemin for IDEAs win on Inkigayo!!

Hi! We’ve had multiple cases of gifts failing to send this distribution round so we’re resending all the gifts from the last week to be sure they were received. If you already received it, this won’t change anything. If you received it but haven’t redeemed, use the new link!
Hi! We’re sending out gifts today so if you put in a request in the last week, make sure to check your emails today!
Shawols!!
Act II is now available on our request form!

Hi! We have a late update here!
We had trouble getting in touch with some people and consequently had to postpone the announcement for the raffle winners and sadly couldn’t make our Halloween event- but we’ve straightened it out and we’re reaching out to the raffle winners now!
Regarding the Halloween event, we had to clear some funds with PayPal and donors and unfortunately they weren’t cleared in time
The raffle was regarding the postal service here and what shipping will look like and we were unable to get a reply on whether the USPS would ship
Sorry about the delay with raffle winners! We’re verifying some things with past donors and waiting for a response!
