Elon, I’m still not done with you.
You like to talk about illegal immigration.
Let’s talk about how you got here.
In 1995, Eggman arrived in California supposedly to attend Stanford University. Fun fact, he never enrolled. Instead, he started building the company that became Zip2.
According to a 2024 Washington Post investigation, former business associates, company documents, and immigration experts raised serious questions about whether Musk had proper authorization to work in the United States.
By 1996, his investors were concerned enough to give him and his cofounders 45 days to obtain legal work authorization or risk having their investment reclaimed.
There’s more.
In a 2005 email obtained by The Washington Post, Musk acknowledged that he had applied to Stanford partly because he had no legal right to remain in the United States.
His own goddamn words. Someone hurry and tell Trump.
And it gets even better.
In a 2013 interview, his brother Kimbal publicly described the two as illegal immigrants during those early years.
The response?
Elon called it a “gray area.”
A gray area. The fuck? How convenient for him.
He’s since denied working illegally, claiming he held a J-1 visa that transitioned to an H-1B work visa.
But he hasn’t publicly established when that transition happened.
I guess we’re supposed to take his word for it.
The reporting, the investors’ concerns, and your own words, along with your brother’s, raise some serious questions.
How about some fucking answers?
Now I’m curious Eggman. And I’m especially curious about your cult members.
Would you extend that same loose ass “gray area” interpretation of immigration law to a hardworking Latino father of three building the infrastructure this country depends on?
A man who maybe risked his life to come here looking for an opportunity, worked his fucking ass off, paid his bills, and tried to build something better for his family?
Would you call his circumstances a gray area? Would you defend his ambition? Would you argue that his contributions to America deserve consideration?
Or would he be another illegal immigrant who needs to be rounded up by masked agents and deported?
Because apparently immigration law becomes a fascinating philosophical exercise when the immigrant turns out to be a rich kid from South Africa.
That’s what makes this so insulting.
Not the failure to be woke.
It’s the hypocrisy.
Millions of ordinary people work themselves to exhaustion trying to build a life. They raise families, start businesses, pay taxes, and contribute to our communities from sunup to sundown.
I’ve worked with many of them in construction, listened to their stories of braving a journey from Honduras, only to get to America and hide under trailers from authorities before eventually finding work.
Inspiring shit I thought.
Who the fuck am I to cast shade?
Yet somehow, the same circumstances that invite voracious suspicion and hateful condemnation when we’re talking about some ordinary immigrant become entrepreneurial ambition when we’re talking about Elon Musk.
I’m not arguing that your past should automatically disqualify you from anything Eggman.
I’m asking a simple question.
Would you extend the same consideration to somebody without your money, influence, or political connections?
Do you people seriously think the law should become more forgiving as your bank account gets larger?
Or should the American dream be available to people who aren’t already rich?
Funny how the gray area becomes a crime when someone poorer walks across it.

When I see Democrats having these large venues before the midterms, and then turn around and see the Republican struggling the fill a room.
I’m reminded of 2024 when Kamala was filling 2 arenas in a day, while Trump was struggling. Then Elon bought the election for him. GO VOTE.
In order to beat Donald Trump & his minions at their own game, I refuse to accept any election results that show Republicans winning their races on election day. The only way Republicans could possibly win would be by cheating & rigging the election.
Anybody with me on this?
Has anyone heard lately about hordes of scary caravan invaders heading for our southern border, due about a week before election day?
Fear mongering is always one of the patented Trump fixing schemes, & Trump doesn’t even seem to be putting in the effort anymore.
Is the fix in?

Jack Smith just told the Truth LOUD and CLEAR!
“Our investigation developed proof beyond a reasonable doubt that President Trump engaged in serious crimes against our nation.
“If asked whether to prosecute a former president today based on the same facts, I would do so regardless of whether that president was a Republican or a Democrat.
“The charges against President Trump were the result of the evidence. Grand juries in two separate districts reached this conclusion based on his actions, as alleged in the indictments they returned.
“Rather than accept his defeat in the 2020 presidential election, President Trump engaged in a criminal scheme to overturn the results and prevent the lawful transfer of power.
“After leaving office in January of 2021, President Trump illegally kept classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago social club and repeatedly tried to obstruct justice to conceal his continued retention of those documents.
“Highly sensitive national security information was held in a bathroom and a ballroom where events and gatherings took place.

FOUR DAYS BEFORE HIS OWN INAUGURATION, A FOREIGN ROYAL WIRED THE TRUMP FAMILY HALF A BILLION DOLLARS IN SECRET
Not a rumor. Not a leak. Documented. Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed — Abu Dhabi's deputy ruler, UAE's national security adviser — bought 49 percent of World Liberty Financial through a shell entity
Half a billion dollars total. $187 million of it routed straight into Trump family entities. Four days before Donald Trump raised his hand and took the oath
Then the payoffs started rolling in
Changpeng Zhao pleaded guilty to money laundering in 2023. Ran Binance. Processed cash for terror groups. Donald Trump pardoned him in 2025
Days later — DAYS — Binance started promoting World Liberty Financial's coin on its US platform. The same platform the Trump family had just partnered with through a foreign monarch's secret cash
Meanwhile the DOJ crypto enforcement unit — the one that actually built the Zhao case, the one that actually built the BitMEX case — got disbanded. Gone. By year's end the SEC filed fewer enforcement actions than in twenty years
Wall Street Journal reports Binance fired its own employees this year for flagging a billion dollars moving to sanctioned Iranian entities. Same exact conduct as the guilty plea. Same platform. Zero consequences
American families who lost people on October 7th are suing Binance right now, alleging it moved money for Hamas and Hezbollah
Don Jr's net worth jumped sixfold. Eric's jumped tenfold. Trump personally disclosed over a billion dollars in crypto income while regulators got defanged and a foreign royal's secret half-billion sat quietly in the family ledger
This isn't a policy disagreement
This is a foreign government buying a sitting president's family business four days before he took power, then watching him pardon the very felon whose platform pumped that business
And nobody in this administration is even pretending to be embarrassed

Hey, Truckers! -- Remember when diesel was so cheap under President Biden that you would caravan to DC,... waving your stupid Trump banners?
How's that working out for you? 😛

Sen. Curtis of Utah has suggested that Don Jr. and I should testify before Congress.
I say bring it on. I've already given more than seven hours of sworn testimony. More than three dozen witnesses testified across two chambers.
I had no foreign business dealings while my father was president. None. I painted paintings, and I still do.
I'll sit next to Don Jr. and testify any time, any place. Eric and Jared can join us too. No need for a subpoena. Let's all do it tomorrow.

All my life I've said, there's really nothing a president can do that would have any real detrimental after on my life. I've always felt that a president couldn't really affect my job or my income. Or my ability to gain employment if I needed it.
Today, I'm retired and I'm affected. I have a pension and collect SS. Talks of cuts to SS worry me.
I'm affected just like every other American is affected. I'm affected by the price of gas ($5.29 reg/$7.99 diesel yesterday). This was caused by Trump bombing Iran. I've halted many of my road trips. I still go, but it hits my pocket a little harder.
I'm affected by the cost of food. Ground beef costs $7.50 a pound. I just paid $11.00 for a whole chicken. Sometimes I play amateur chef. Trumps tariffs have affected and is affecting most households by thousands of dollars.
Trump has fired thousands of Americans from their government jobs, claiming they were DEI hires. Many Americans have been harmed. Trump's policies on DEI has affected many large companies on their hiring practices, like Target, Walmart, and Home Depot.
So, my thoughts as a young man that presidents couldn't really affect me have been changed by this current president. Maybe back then I was a little naive and just didn't perceive it the same.
Surely, you've been affected.

Are Trump supporters too stupid to realize he’s lying to them about everything, or do they simply not care?

A quick reminder that Kyle Rittenhouse showed up to a protest like this, shot and killed others and was celebrated by MAGA. Meanwhile Alex Pretti showed up to a protest like this, was shot and killed, then condemed by MAGA. Please stop saying this isn’t political.

Mitch McConnell is the reason why Trump was allowed to pack the SCOTUS. He delayed bringing the vote to the floor when Obama was in office, robbing him of his right to nominate the next justice. He shielded Trump on two impeachments.
He's the main reason why Trump isn't in jail.

Rep. @JoyceBeatty: I was at the Kennedy Center board meeting with Trump. It was the most unprofessional thing that I’ve ever witnessed. He said, ‘I think you’re incompetent,’ and I said, ‘I know you’re incompetent.’
He said he was going to hold me responsible if something fell out of the ceiling and killed someone. I said, ‘you’re already killing people. We’re at war. We also have people who are starving.’
He wanted to talk about how great he was at developing. I reminded him that he had more bankruptcies than anybody in the room.

Speaker Johnson just canceled votes—again.
That means House Republicans won’t have votes for the next two months!
No action to lower costs, fight corruption, or end the Iran war.
Congressional Republicans are doing NOTHING to make life easier for you.
Martin Neiman retweeted
How can they justify leaving right now?
Diesel costs just hit an all-time high. Our nation is at war. The bond market is quivering. The urgency of AI regulation has come to a critical moment.
Congress should be working overtime. Instead Speaker Johnson sent them home. All to dodge one uncomfortable vote - much like his maneuvers last year to hold off the Epstein files.
You don't have to be a Democrat to find that disgraceful.
In less than seven weeks, Americans can change all this. 48 days to go.

Did you notice how Mike Johnson put congress into recess (until after the midterms) right before they were to vote on impeaching Pete Hegseth?
You're a coward @SpeakerJohnson

Remember when Republicans spent years investigating Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings? Comer and the House Oversight Committee alone pursued it for nearly two years.
They established that Hunter Biden made millions from foreign business interests and that the Biden name helped open doors. What they never established was their explosive claim that Joe Biden took a foreign bribe or changed U.S. policy in exchange for Hunter’s business dealings. One of the biggest allegations, that a Burisma executive paid Joe and Hunter Biden $5 million each, came from an FBI informant who later pleaded guilty to fabricating the story.
Now Russian oligarch Umar Kremlev, a man with close ties to Putin, spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on Donald Trump Jr.’s wedding weekend. Trump Jr. and his wife have confirmed that Kremlev hosted two nights of celebrations as an extraordinarily generous wedding gift.
And suddenly James Comer has nothing to say.
Where is @RepJamesComer and the Oversight Committee? Where is @Jim_Jordan and the Judiciary Committee? Where did all that concern about foreign money and presidential families go?
