So pleased was the American Deep State with Modi's obedient performance as Gujarat CM that, that over riding the wishes of ALL the national leaders of the BJP, Modi was fielded as a PM candidate in 2014. Vajpayee, Advani, Gadkari et all knew that, as in Gujarat where he finished of all tall leaders of BJP, he would do the same with the national level BJP leaders. Needless to say, the American Deep State ensured that leftists, Islamists and foreign-funded NGOs attacked him relentlessly as a Hindutva fascist. The Bhiksha Givers of Modi unleashed a clever fake narrative about Modi being a kattar opponent of Islam and Christianity, even while he pampered them silly. But naive Hindus fell for it thinking he would save Hindus from Islamic tyranny and the Conversion Mafia. Hindus in geneeral and Brahmins, Rajputs, Banias, OBCs etc ensured that Modi led BJP got a resounding mandate in the 2014 General election.
