In a somewhat surprising but wonderful piece of news for many states, the Supreme Court has denied cert on Indiana's bathroom ban case. This means that bathroom rights will be likely protected in several states for trans people in the next few months.
BREAKING: The Supreme Court lets a lower-court ruling stand siding with a transgender student challenging an anti-trans bathroom policy. The justices denied the school district’s request to hear an appeal. More to come at Law Dork: lawdork.com/

Last chance to get your end of year donation in 2023. We hope you will consider. Our work, since 2007, has protected the lives of many transgender youth. Your generosity in giving strengthens our programs, summer camp....emergency funds for kids in dire situations, etc.

We need you at this time especially. TYEF began in 2007. Our summer camp started in 2008. The need for advocacy is higher then ever with so many states attacking trans youth rights and taking away their rights. We work harder then ever and need your support.
