The CONUNDRUM: How do we create the CAPACITY to perform at a high level for an entire 🏈 game without DETRAINING the qualities of HIGH PERFORMANCE??? Hint: It’s not the traditional, undisciplined pursuit of MORE. Solution: PATIENTLY build CAPACITY by stacking performance level work in the absence of fatigue. Tired is the ENEMY, not the GOAL. Congratulations to Katy Zang as she returns to racing and becomes National Runner-Up at New Balance Outdoor Nationals in the 2 mile race. Incredible feat as she displays the talent and drive that make her who she is.

History has been made! By placing 4th at the regional meet with a new school record of 9:31.28, the girls 4x800 team of Addison Keplar, Reese Galinger, Khloe Maxwell, and Grace Thanasack qualify for the State Meet becoming the 1st Teays Valley Track relay team to do so!
