In their rapid communication, authors found that 500mg dicloxacillin capsules were linked to the ongoing #outbreak in 🇩🇰 + one case in 🇮🇸 with an E. hormaechei ST79 carbapenemase-producing strain.

Her på @OUHhospital kunne vi på under 24 timer gå fra bakterieisolat til komplet afkodning af bakteriens arvemasse og påvise sekvenstype, to plasmider og resistensgener. Stærkt tværfagligt samarbejde.
