The messy reporting from the injury reads to me like it wasn't a big deal so they flew on a plane and played in a game but the best case for all parties is that the asset isn't tarnished from awful play but temporarily needs to be delisted for medical reasons

An invisible injury, one that's so bad and dangerous no one can question you or your toughness. And also he played bad because he wasn't allowed to sleep by doctors before he played an NFL game, which was safe to play, but now he's out for the year, make sure you include that.
