Still no reply from either. It is so hard to even send them information via the customer service or the app. Apparently thereās a way to report problems with subtitles or captions, but not #AudioDescription. LetāsSeeHowLongThisGoesUnanswered.

Ah. The endless āpassthroughā problem. Disney are currently the main offenders. When they bought FOX, they didnāt buy any of their existing AD tracks. Itās so bad, a movie that released with AD two months before the buyout didnāt get the track included on Disney+ a month later.
