So I just had a nugget I've known confirmed by a trustworthy source. As always, use your discernment.
Approximately 80% of the world's population are NPCs. The world is resetting itself, and as Gaia did with the Black Plague, around 75% of the NPCs are going perish via a plague that has similar symptoms to Ebola.
About 1/4 of the NPCs will survive. I have no idea how it will effect non-NPCs, but I would be cautious regardless and play it safe.
No idea if my math is right, but your talking around 3 billion "people" perishing over this.
This is (IMO) the Scare Event that will be necessary to wake the rest of the world up and usher in the new Earth.
Watch out for news on Ebola and it's symptoms, because this process has already begun. Not fear mongering, just telling you how it is.
