Dreams rarely ask where you start. They ask how far you are willing to go.
I wrote about how my journey from a small town led me across continents, classrooms, and research labs to earning my Ph.D. in Computer Science in the U.S.

For this blog post, I summarized Tessa Walsh, Henry Wilkinson, and @IlyaKreymer's paper, “High Fidelity Web Archiving of News Sites and New Media with Browsertrix.”

My most recent blog post: How to archive web pages in bulk using the Internet Archive Google Sheets service. The post simplifies the process and provides a python script to create and populate multiple Google Sheets with URLs saved in a text file ws-dl.blogspot.com/2026/02/2… @WebSciDL
In this blog post, I summarized Brenda Reyes Ayala's (@CamtheWicked) paper "Towards a better QA process: Automatic detection of quality problems in archived websites using visual comparisons".

She created the Web Archiving Screenshot Compare tool, which can determine the quality of an archived web page by using image similarity metrics when comparing the screenshots of the live web page and the archived web page.
