Got an update today from the Your Script Produced team, both HANA and FLY BY NIGHT have both been updated to finalists. Super humbled by this recognition.
Super duper happy to announce my short film screenplay FIFTH STREET has been nominated at the Genesis International Film Festival! Congratulations to all who placed!
And this was some great news to wake up to, FLY BY NIGHT was just selected by Filmmatic TV Pilot Awards as a semi finalist in their 11th season on their TV pilot awards. Really proud and also humbled by this recognition, congratulations to everyone else who placed this season.

A recent rewrite. Logline reads: In the lawless borderlands, a presumed dead ex-Green Beret on a path of vengeance collides with a hunted whistleblower forcing him to abandon revenge to protect the truth in a ghost town siege and face the same system that tried to hang him.
This is a kiwi story, New Zealand clearly in the logline, I use it as a writing sample because I think its got a solid voice, but because of where it’s set I thought the chances if it getting made would be slim, so this is a real pleasant surprise.

Another success for FLY BY NIGHT this week after winning Best Pilot at the Stuttgart Film Festival and going into consideration with a vetted producer, it has also been selected for the Las Vegas International Film and Screenwriting Festival.
