One last hitting lesson before I hit the road to TN for the weekend! Excited to meet the coaches and check out the campus!
Focused on staying in control, trusting my mechanics and staying connected.

It "clicked." For those of you that know, you know what I am talking about. What felt impossible at one time is finally starting to feel more achievable. It wasnt easy, but she didnt quit. This was such a great moment for all of her circle tonight. Way to go, Sophia!!
Working from the ground up. Feel the ground, understand the K, throw against a firm front side. 58 mph and she is only 12! #beastmode

Highlights from the past 2 days! Working hard on locating my changeup and dialing in the speed differential. Fielding work focused on staying athletic and making one-handed plays. 💪🥎 #ILEAP

Had a great day with @GatorsSB yesterday! The weather held off until the very end and we got a unique look at the campus that was different from my last visit. I might have fallen 😍 in love a little more. I love the program itself but the whole atmosphere for athletes is just 🔝 notch! Separate dining halls for athletes, healthy food choices, separate study areas and more. Crossing my fingers to get off the wait list in Jan and come back for another visit!!
Thank you again @_TimWalton, @Coach_AT & @FranEnea10! Looking forward to coming back! 🐊

Throwing without using your hips means your arm is doing too much of the work. Strong hip drive helps create power, improve timing, and take some stress off your arm. Build from the ground up and let those hips lead!

Practice was cancelled from the weather so I hit the cages with the Hittrax machine before heading down to FL! I'm a visual learner so the numbers help me see the gains in small tweaks for each at bat.
Working on staying in my legs while focusing on the mental side and confidence in each count.
Now we're off to FL for my second camp with the 🐊 @GatorsSB tomorrow!! Looking forward to seeing @Coach_AT & @FranEnea10 again!

Always a great day at an @UpstateSoftball camp!! Sent 3 shots over the fence first thing this morning in soft toss and was the only pitcher to throw over 60. 👊🏼 Thankful for all of the coaches, players and the feedback! Looking forward to the next one and continuing to grow.

Had a great time @CharlotteSB Elite Prospect Camp today!! We did 3 stations with a scrimmage, batting work, and defense/pitching work. In the scrimmage I went 2-3 while batting and pitched for 2 innings with no hits allowed. My top speed for pitching was 62 mph. My exit velocity off of a pitcher was 69 mph and off a tee it was 74 mph. Thank you coaches @cbreault12 and @JakeCombs_ and players for the feedback and opportunity! Can’t wait for the next one! 💚🥎
