(1/2) This week, 2-year-old Mohammad, a Syrian refugee from Homs living in Saida, received surgery through our One-Time Sponsorship Program. He was suffering from Hypospadias and underwent surgery by Dr. Ahmad Harriri at Kassab Hospital.

In 2019, PCRF launched Camp Ability, Gaza's first Summer camp for amputee children. On Camp Ability's one year anniversary, more than 70 children returned to their community garden to visit the trees they had planted, as well as to join together in an afternoon of play. 🌳❤️

This week, 7-year-old refugee Mahmoud underwent bilateral tendon transfer surgery at Al Raee Hospital by Dr. Hayyan Rammal. Each year, PCRF sponsors hundreds of refugee children for surgery in local hospitals. We thank our supporters for making these operations possible! ❤️

Rahaf Soqi is a nine-year-old girl from Tulkarm who has been diagnosed with a deformity in her right leg, making walking difficult. She received today her AFO medical device from the Aljaleel Society, provided by PCRF through our One Time Sponsorship program. ❤️

9-year-old Saja, from Rafah, has experienced a relapse of her leukemia and was rejected several times by Israeli officials for care aborad not available in Gaza. Our mental health team is working with Saja and assessing her emotional needs to provide her necessary support. ❤️

Today PCRF provided 34 food packages to help with food security to poor families impacted by the COVID-19 closure in Jeftlek, a remote Palestinian settlement under the threat of Israeli annexation in the Jordan Valley. 💙 #pcrf #Palestinians

Today, volunteers from Team Pestine for PCRF ran the Bethlehem Marathon to support our work for sick and injured kids. For ten years, Team Palestine has been running marathons and has raised nearly $1M dollars to help PCRF save the lives of kids all over the Middle East.
