School Safety is everyone’s responsibility! Before the school year begins, please take a few minutes to review school bus safety rules and the Code of Conduct with your children. Visit: bit.ly/4gn4iit

Back-to-school reminder: Please watch for school buses and students on the road next week. When a school bus stops with its overhead red lights activated, you must stop in both directions—unless there is a physical median separating the lanes. Slow down - help keep students safe.

Calls went out this week to confirm your child’s transportation start date. Families of students with special needs should also receive a call from their bus operator to confirm transportation details. Thxs for your patience as we prepare for a safe start to the school year!

Reminder: Student transportation will roll- out in phases this year. 📅 Sept. 8: Most students with special needs, plus students attending relocation and specialty schools. All families will receive a call to confirm transportation start date. 📅 Sept. 10: All other students.

Yellow buses are out in force this week! Our school bus operators are conducting dress rehearsals to get familiar with their new routes before the school year begins. Please be patient, stay alert and give buses plenty of space on the road. @TCDSB @TDSB
