Ratsby is a mischevious rat toon functioning as an 'assistant' to other villain toons, to an extent. While he often helps them out, he isn't purely a sidekick. He can also be found making his own villainous plans and acting them out, to varying degrees of success!

The flower REALLY likes his best friend. ...So much that the two are always going at it, the flower breeding his friend as if he never got the chance to the other dozen times they've gone at it.

Dandy isn't the biggest fan of being ignored. Buuut...sometimes his twisted self will let others off easy, in exchange for a bit of relief from his annoyance. Hope they don't mind being a little slow for some floors...~
