When will the People stop letting their elected employees deny them their unalienable, natural right to bear arms as codified in the Second Amendment Tennessee's Declaration of Rights mandates that those right are sacrosanct and as the only entity that can generate statutes is the legislature, shouldn't they abide the tenants of that document? TCA 39-16-403. Official oppression. — (a) A public servant acting under color of office or employment commits an offense who: (1) Intentionally subjects another to mistreatment or to arrest, detention, stop, frisk, halt, search, seizure, dispossession, assessment or lien when the public servant knows the conduct is unlawful; or (2) Intentionally denies or impedes another in the exercise or enjoyment of any right, privilege, power or immunity, when the public servant knows the conduct is unlawful. (b) For purposes of this section, a public servant acts under color of office or employment if the public servant acts, or purports to act, in an official capacity or takes advantage of the actual or purported capacity. (c) An offense under this section is a Class E felony. (d) Charges for official oppression may be brought only by indictment, presentment or criminal information; provided, that nothing in this section shall deny a person from pursuing other criminal charges by affidavit of complaint. Thomas Jefferson knew Beccaria to be correct in his writing about arms and self defense, that is why he republished the wording. Many or our Founders knew it to be so; that unarmed men are more easily assaulted than those equipped and prepared to defend their own persons and property. Police and Law Enforcement of all types are Second Responders, that is why they carry chalk to draw lines around bodies and crime scene tape to keep gawkers from stepping in the evidence. Our legislators know this as well, they simply will not admit it. @DainjaRuss33 @HT_GunWriter @JohnPetrolino @charliekirk11 @CherylToddGFR @KenDBerryMD @regularguyguns @Guns_Gadgets @fourboxesdiner @TateAdamiak

This young man, Kaylub Giamanco, father of two girls in the building at Silver Rail Elementary School in Ben, Oregon, by chance happened to be driving past when he spotted a gunman. He heard shots and retrieved his lawfully possessed and properly stored handgun and ran to the sound of gunfire. He did not wait for help or backup, he ran into danger to offensively confront a criminal who was murdering innocent children and their teachers. A very brave teacher threw her phone at the shooter and tried to tackle and wrest the shotgun from him, buying time but not successfully stopping the rampage. Mr. Giamanco threw something at him that did end it though, as was his absolute right. @regularguyguns @Guns_Gadgets @Hunter_Eagleman @HT_GunWriter @KenDBerryMD @TexasRepublic71 @TNHouseReps @CherylToddGFR @JohnPetrolino @GunWashington @fourboxesdiner @QueenAnticommie @SteveLovesAmmo

A guest speaker at our Statesman Dinner this year. Are there many true believers in Liberty, or really America first thinkers who hold office in Congress.. Or is their first priority just getting re-elected? Are many of them role playing just to stay in office? Most aren’t even willing to take strong action securing an accurate photo ID in federal elections. What Wisconsin, Washington, California, NY, and Michigan allow or propagate impacts Tennessee in both Presidential and Congressional elections. The failed states are dragging all states down (elections, immigration, budgets, foreign funding influence). Why are Congressional members from “conservative” States not fighting harder to bring reform to something obviously broken? Play-pretend professional politicians upstream pollute the stream of Liberty’s flow constitutionally designed to first secure our Creator endowed rights. It is much more than attacking Trump. It is the continuing assault on Liberty that should concern us all.

The Constitutions are the rule book and guide for our society. They are not chains placed on the People, but rather on government in all its forms; federal, state and local. The hired are bound by the Oaths contained therein. All governments are to operate within the powers delegated to them by the Constitutions which arose from the People, purchased with sacrifice of blood and treasure. @regularguyguns @Eddie87Grant @fourboxesdiner @CherylToddGFR @Guns_Gadgets @GunsofLiberty75 @MorosKostas @GunWashington @HT_GunWriter @DainjaRuss33

From the 2021 case, 𝘔𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘳 𝘷 𝘉𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘢, Judge Roger T. Benitez did the work the plaintiffs and defendants did not do, and then ruled accordingly. Sadly the Ninth Circuit did its normal infringement, having never met a Second Amendment restorative action it liked... @TSRA_outreach @regularguyguns @DainjaRuss33 @CherylToddGFR @HT_GunWriter @CJGRISHAM @TateAdamiak @Guns_Gadgets @straightgrain @fourboxesdiner @AttyTomGrieve

Abraham Lincoln repeatedly stated his war was caused by money, and not by slavery at all: "My policy sought only to collect the Revenue (a 40 % federal sales tax on imports to Southern States under the Morrill Tariff Act of 1861)." reads paragraph 5 of Lincoln's First Message to the U.S. Congress, penned July 4, 1861.  "I have no purpose, directly or indirectly, to interfere with the institution of slavery in the States where it exists.  I believe I have no lawful right to do so, and I have no inclination to do so,"  Lincoln said in his first inaugural on March 4 of the same year.  Lincoln declared war to collect taxes in his two presidential war proclamations against the Confederate States, on April 15 and 19th, 1861: "Whereas an insurrection against the Government of the United States has broken out and the laws of the United States for the collection of the revenue cannot be effectually executed therein."

Almost like they're Woke. I "fondly" remember taking this stand in public, in private conversations, in major interviews, in minor interviews, on main, etc., etc., and people simply refusing to believe it, sometimes aggressively. That stuff is good watching now, though.
Somehow the Hitler apologists and the Putin apologists tend to be the same people.

For me and a lot of my Marine buddies, the number one concern for this country is not the price of fuel. It is Islamist Marxists taking this country one city at a time. Mostly the major cities. Smaller towns are getting it too. So everybody bitching and dooming right now needs to understand something. If they take the midterms, you will not be able to bitch and gripe anymore. The people cheering open borders, Hamas flags in the street, and "globalize the intifada" on campus are not going to protect your right to complain about them. They will call it hate, shut the platform, and dare you to say it again. If you are a doomer telling people to sit home, shut up. You are handing your free speech to the same crowd you claim to oppose. Fuel prices come and go. A city that no longer answers to Americans does not. Get out and vote. Then primary the RINOs who will not fight this.

Free people do not comply with unconstitutional power. They do not comply with tyrants, and then just hope that later on they'll somehow convince those people to stop doing what they were never supposed to do in the first place. John Hancock said it best: "The people of this country will never be made slaves of by a submission to the damned act." And the American Revolution was built on this view.

I’m tired of pretending that all religions are equal… There are 4,000 religions in the world. 1 is responsible for 96% of terror attacks. George W. Bush called Islam the ‘Religion of Peace’ while we were still pulling warm bodies from Ground Zero. Since then Muslims have killed 300K more people in 64,000 separate terror attacks. We are not equal. If you walk onto a plane and yell ‘Christ is King’ nothing will happen. Yell ‘Allah Akbar’ and you’ll get arrested. For good reason. Islam is incompatible with western civilization and it’s suicidal to import more of it to our sacred lands. Thanks for having me @NEWSMAX @RobFinnertyUSA
